too good and awesome expeirence

I can't believe I can have such good experience in west Yellowstone with this price. Most of hotels I stayed in the past is old, small and expensive. I have good price with the brand new hotel, spacious room. I can't expect more.

It was a good thing the bed was comfortable…everything else was very disappointing.

The bed was comfortable. The one young lady working in the morning was friendly.

With the exception of one good restaurant we had to drive pretty much every where from the hotel. We stayed for five nights and the room was only cleaned twice. We had to ask for towels. The hotel was very dated. The “breakfast” wasn’t ready until 7:00 a.m. and was probably the worst offering we have ever had (small quantities of coffee, scrambled eggs, potatoes). No fruit available until the last day. Signs telling you food was only to be eaten on the property. The laundry facilities were off site and shared with the camp ground beside the hotel. If we ever go back to West Yellowstone we won’t be staying here.

HOTEL A EVITER ! ATTRAPE TOURISTES !

Uniquement l'emplacement à proximité de l'entrée du parc

Hôtel trop trop cher ! Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout justifié et convenable ! 300 dollars la nuit, c'est une honte ! pas de wifi qui fonctionne, à l'accueil, aucune attention particulière, pas de frigo dans la chambre, équipement moyen, et déjeuner déplorable ! Hôtel à éviter absolument !

Really hard for us to find, generally not the hotels fault for covid exposure.

Parked in Handicap. nice and close to door

One quest caught while we are at breakfast, did not cover his mouth, 18 hours tested positive for Covid 19!!!!!!!!!

Posizione albergo ottima, colazione e posizione camera da rivedere!

Posizione ottima per visitare il parco, buona per uscire la sera in quanto c'è da camminare 10 minuti per raggiungere la via piena di ristoranti e negozi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Come indicato da praticamente tutte le altre recensioni, sicuramente la colazione è da migliorare. Basterebbe davvero poco per renderla più piacevole! La posizione della camera purtroppo non era ottimale, in quanto accanto all'ascensore, che ogni volta si muoveva faceva parecchio rumore (nonostante il consiglio di non usarla dalle 22 alle 7!).

Generalnie w West Yellowstone bardzo duzo starych hoteli. Ten w srodku chyba jako jeden z nielicznych odremontowany. Szczegolnie lazienka. Lozka duze, bardzo wygodne. 5min do wjazdu do Parku najlepiej wjezdzac przed 8:00 albo po 10:30 aby uniknac korkow

Z zewnatrz mozna sie przestraszyc. Malo reprezentacyjny wyglad. Śniadania do poprawy. Kawalek kielbasy by sie przydal :-). Duzy tlok jak wszyscy na 7 rano wstana na sniadanie

Not value for the rates being charged.

Close location to Yellowstone west entrance

Asked for 1 extra pillow twice and never received it for the entire trip. Led to sleepless night. Left dirty towels on floor for replacement and was not removed. Toiletry refills not provided. States it’s a new hotel but sub par construction (like holes near shower head). Tiny bathroom. Limited storage in the room. Expected better facilities and service for the price being charged even if it was during peak season.

We really enjoyed the stay here.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The towels were thick and very soft. The room was clean.

The only one small complaint is the shower water pressure was weak and the shower head was a little small.

Great rooms, clean hotel, highly recommend

The exterior and parking lot of the hotel looks very meh but the interior is very nice. The rooms are large and clean, the amenities seem very new.

I didn’t like the way they charge money: 50% on the day you book + 50% on the day you arrive + $200 deposit (refundable). It makes my credit card statement unnecessarily complicated.

One problem only. Had room next to ice machine on bottom floor. Too loud thru morning and a bit at night when people getting ice. A deal breaker for next time unless on top floor.

stay far away…not worth the price

It appeared mostly clean but definitely needs a deep clean.

This had to be the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. It sounded like they had a bowling alley upstairs. The beds were not comfortable at all. The front desk lady was very rude when my husband asked for an extra towel and wash cloth. The location felt like we were in the middle of a dirty trailer park.

Yellowstone vibe at a cozy hotel in a great location!

Great location right in town could walk everywhere and only a 10 min drive to yellowstone park entrance. Hotel was super cozy and gave a cool yellowstone vibe. Beds were very comfy!

This hotel seems brand new. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. Room was very nice.

The hotel was hard to find. The elevator was very noisy and made a loud noise you could hear inside the room at night whenever anybody used it. The surrounds of the hotel are unsightly and need some landscaping. While the hotel was nice, I think it was a bit overpriced.
