It was okay to stay a single night during transit, value for money.

Very spacious, close to airport, convenient location, reasonably clean. Airport pick up experience was great.

There was no hot water in the shower, there was hot water in the wash basin though.

My recent stay at Hotel Heaven Inn near Dhaka Airport was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Despite my late-night arrival, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering a prompt and courteous pickup service from the airport. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff stood out remarkably. Every interaction was marked by a genuine eagerness to assist and fulfill my every need, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. The room itself was a haven of luxury. Spacious and well-furnished, it provided the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The meticulous attention to detail in the room's design added to the overall experience, making it a delightful retreat after a long day. The location of Hotel Heaven Inn is ideal for travelers, situated conveniently near Dhaka Airport. This proximity made my travel logistics effortless, and yet, the hotel was a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. In summary, my experience at Hotel Heaven Inn was exceptional. Decent location, staff need training and to be more professional

The hotel is in Uttara which is a calm and fairly high end area of Dhaka, near some decent restaurants Air con worked well The food from the restaurant was good and dietary requirements were understood

Staff used the phone number that I provided to Booking.com to send unwanted WhatsApp messages which is NOT acceptable - they also continually asked for photos and selfies. Also very limited English made communication difficult - probably due to low numbers of overseas tourists. The mattress on the bed was VERY hard - made it very difficult to sleep Shower was not good - more effective to use bucket for washing

Good location near airport, Good staff but airport drop and pickup both not free.

Good location for airport. Good staff and clean room. Free break fast was okey. One way airport transfer is free.

In the booking facility, it says airport transfer is free. But in real life, Only One way transfer from airport is free. For example, Only pickup or Drop is free. Not both airport pickup and drop is free. I do not know what exactly airport transfer mean in booking details page. I will ask booking dot com about it. Currently I am confused. In Maldives, if hotel says airport transfer is FREE then they provide airport pickup and drop for free. Another hotel in Dhaka I booked before called richmond suits they also provided free pickup and drop. But this hotel charged for two way transfer. I stayed here twice and both times they charged for drop service. 600 taka for two person.

I recommend it if you need to stay near airport. Staff is good but you better eat outside.

Friendly staff and room was clean. ac was good. airport transfer is fast and free. Good location and very near to airport.

Washroom is not very good. it is okey. the nob for water is very old and dirty. and many mosquitoes in the room and washroom too. and finally food price seems a little bit expensive compared to the taste and size. one mutton meal with a vegetable costs 600 taka without water. outise it costs around 200-250 taka with water. So food is basically 300 times costly inside the hotel.

Thankfully it was only a short stay so I could rate it with a 90% satisfaction owing to breakfast

The room was well lit with curtains covering the windows on two sides. There were two clean double beds a built in wardrobe and a table and a chair. The bathroom came with toiletries including toothbrushes and toothpaste. There was also a pair of slippers for use when entering the bathroom.

Breakfast was pretty poor. A Continental breakfast comprised of a boiled egg, two slices of bread, a blob of butter on the plate. a blob of jam and a small banana served directly from the kitchen. An Asian breakfast comprised of a parata with vegetable curry also served directly from the kitchen. There was tea of course. I requested salt and pepper for my boiled egg and salt was brought with some difficulty but the servers did not even understand what pepper was.
