Pros: A large apartment with gardens situated in Montemar. We were one street back from the promenade with restaurants an d bars close by. We would recommend this apartment and would like to use again ourselves in the future. Apartment was in need of updating but perfectly serviceable. We all had a wonderful time and the children were happy and safe. Great night out was Styles music bar with hosts Alison and Les.

Pros: Vi var 2 ældre par i lejligheden, som opfyldte alle vore krav. Placeringen af 2 soveværelser og 1 badeværelse i hver ende af lejligheden var en fin placering for 2 familier, med eller uden børn.
Den store solrige terrasse mod vest var dejlig at tilbringe eftermiddagen på. Placeringen af lejligheden tæt på stranden, restauranter, forretninger og busholdepladser er meget fin. vi kommer igen

Pros: 4 of us wanted a quiet holiday in the sun, and we could not have picked a better place. Great garden at the front, quiet and sunny at the rear. Close to restaurants, beach, and a bus stop near the front door. First class.

Pros: Wir waren positiv überrascht über die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Die Strandnähe ist mit 50 m zwar ein klein wenig unterschätzt, es sind wohl eher etwas mehr als 100m, aber das tut nichts zur Sache! Öffentliche Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch den Wohnungsinhaber und die von ihm beauftragte Nachbarin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Pros: We hebben genoten van de heerlijke boulevard, waar je heel goed kunt wandelen en de mooie haven. Veder zij we veel met het openbaar vervoer op pad geweest (heel goed en goedkoop) Vaak met de bus ergens heen en dan terug wandelen.
Het appartement is afgelopen jaar opgeknapt en heeft een heerlijke ligging. Het meubilair zou iets moderner kunnen, maar verder geen op/aanmerkingen. Het was keurig schoongemaakt. Alles is aanwezig, dus een prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros: Het huis was netjes..Alleen de wasmachine werkte niet..maar de conciërge vrouw deed onze was..was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam..dat compenseerde wat er ontbrak..veel beter nog..
communicatie met de eigenaar was super..ook heel behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk..
voor herhaling vatbaar.. en zeker een aanrader
