A lovely little place for our short visit.

All good - we needed a place to stay for a night, to attend a wedding in the next village. Everything was well organised, clean and comfortable. We did not meet out hosts but the self-check in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Thanks again.

Gorgeous find, well maintained and a very well thought out use of such a small space to create a little haven. Comfy bed, wet room was a pleasure to use. Easy straight forward instructions on how to enter etc. We will definitely return.

unique property in a quiet village. The perfect place to chill and get away from city life.

Delightful and unique property with a lot of character. Not the usual standard decor which was a wonderful change. We wanted somewhere different and uniqu in the middle of nowhere and that is exactly what we found with the Hideaway

A small table would have been good near the couch to use for meal times. other than that, it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. thank you.

comfortable room in beautiful surroundings

it was a lovely presented room with spacious bathroom. good tea and coffee making equipment. bed was comfortable. location was excellent, surroundings were beautiful. good local pub within walking distance, The Alma serves good good and drink.

Lovely quirky little room, very cosy. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of tea / coffee facilities. Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. A lovely night's sleep. Free WIFI

The bathroom floor is very slippy when damp resulting in quite a bad fall. Having to strip the bedding before leaving.

Cosy, off the grid, a true hidden gem

Everything. Clean, cosy, all the tiny things that make it more perfect. Decor beautiful, all tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful location and scenery. Super comfy bed and bedding. Toiletries dotted about the bathroom were a nice touch. Perfect little hideaway for a couple. Tv with Wifi, parking to the front, really good quality towels, thoughtful instructions left on how to use all equipment such as heating, tv etc. The card on the bed was a lovely touch. High quality standard throughout and felt completely shut off from the world in our own little bubble. Accidentally tripped the electrics by blowing a bulb and the lovely homeowner/host was easily contactable and sorted it immediately for us. I can’t wait to stay again, I want to tell everyone I know about it, beautiful Thankyou for having us!

Cannot fault anything at all - 100% perfection! Just for feedback (I would have wifi password typed and printed just because I couldn’t tell if some of the digits were uppercase or lowercase and couldn’t connect myself to the wifi - not an issue though we used our hotspot on the phone. May make it easier for next visitors to connect) as I say not a criticism as I could not find fault in anything during my stay

A quiet, lovely unique space where we could get away from it all and relax.

The Hideaway was a lovely little find, quite quirky, very comfy and we enjoyed a very chilled, relaxed quiet break there. Thank you! We would like to return again perhaps when the weather is better to have the opportunity to use the lovely garden space.

Cosy and a little haven. Loved the fairy lights being on and classic fm playing when I entered. Just bliss

Nice short stay loft, recommended.

Very nice property, everything was clean, the decoration was very tastefully done and it was set out well. The little garden is very nice as are the views. Fairly useful location, not far from Halifax. I would stay again and happily recommend to a friend.

It is very steep especially the steps on the way down, but it is Yorkshire and it's not really a bad thing just something of which to be aware. Its a loft room not an apartment so more for a short stay but that suited me. So the only minor thing is that the duvet was very warm but the bed was otherwise comfortable.
