Lovely seaside annexe with everything supplied

Absolutely everything supplied for this holiday! A wonderful welcome and lovely extras like brownies and home made marmalade. Fantastic decor and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again. Close to the sea, walks and 2 lovely pubs, at least 1 serving food.

It was not an issue for our small car but maybe difficult for anyone with a large suv to park easily up the drive.

Quite cold in the main living area. An extra heater would benefit.

We really enjoyed staying in the seaside annexe, it was ideal for the 2 of us and proved very cozy for a wintery weekend

Wonderful! Highly recommend!

Own space, warm & comfortable. Fantastic shower, great kitchen. SUPER comfortable bed (one of the best I’ve slept in!)

Can’t really think of anything…? The key security lock was a bit tricky to open…but that just added to the adventure 😁

Beautiful apartment which has everything you need. Great hosts, a welcome pack including homemade scones on arrival. Lovely quiet location and just yards from the sea. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful relaxing gem of a place.

Wow! What a little gem. Really enjoyed our stay here it's very clean, cosy, well decorated and comfortable especially the bed and sofa. The hosts are friendly, helpful and have appointed the property very well. We stayed for the 4 day Goodwood festival of speed, one day was cancelled due to high winds. On that day we went to the charming Arundel then returned to relax in the lovely area out the back, even in the high wind it was a nice little retreat which really helped to recharge some energy for the final day of Goodwood. An excellent recommendation of the 'Felpham Chippy' was spot on too. It was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of Goodwood so to come back to the Seaside Annexe was lovely each day. We ventured across the road to the sea which is such a nice thing to do and to hear the waves at night was quite special. I highly recommend this beautiful property and lovely hosts to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

We Loved Seaside Annex and it’s location is perfect! Paula and David have put so much thought into ensuring everything is there for a perfect stay ! They were so very kind and helpful … we shall definitely return again !

David & Paula were delightful hosts and even gave us a delicious home made cake on arrival.

Contemporary, light, pristine and private accommodation. Lovely outside space. Good stock of basic essential food items. Close to areas of interest and to the seafront.

Could not fault this property at all. it was clean, comfortable and spacious - a little home away from home. There was even a small view of the sea from the bedroom. The little enclosed garden was lovely. The extra touches of home-baked scones, with jam and clotted cream in the fridge was an unexpected bonus. The host could not have been more welcoming.

Paula & David were brilliant hosts & their property was excellent! It was very well presented & thought out with all you could possibly want ... and more! The bed was very comfortable too. Being gluten free we really appreciated the goodies left for us, they really made sure everything was just right!

We had a lovely stay in the annex. David & Paula could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We appreciated all the extras such as the Christmas food and drink, which was in addition to more everyday food such as milk, cereals, bread, butter, tea and coffee etc. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and tissues amongst other things. The interior design of the apartment is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean in every way. Although the weather wasn't great when we were there, the location is fantastic - right by the sea and in a very quiet road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very very clean...but vvery very cold

It was clean

The toilet seat was loose....could not be used!???...this WAS pointed out on arrival...nothing done about it. AND THE WHOLE PLACE WAS FREEZING COLD...and the ELECTRIC HEATING IS TOTALLY INADEQUATE.... IT'S A SUMMER VENUE......DO NOT STAY HERE WHEN IT'S COLD...UNLESS IT'S FULLY HEATED FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE....OR ITS CARPETED We left at 10pm to drive 4 hrs home....car was warmer.

Excellent stay, lovely Host and Hostess. A delight….BELOW…CLIMPING BEACH not Climbing

Having , mostly, enjoyed several self catering holidays, this was the best equipped of any. So much thought had been put into everything. Over and beyond the acceptable. Scones, still warm, jam and cream waiting for us, in a picnic basket with bone China cups and saucers etc. Delicious and unexpected!!! The little garden would have been a delight if the weather had been better but it was October !!! Felpham seems spread out so my comments are based “ on foot”, 2 areas of shops but not too close. Regular bus about 15 minute walk away.

From our point of view as the older generation, we both struggle with technology so anything that doesn’t have an up and down switch presents us with problems. However, we managed. It did not detract from our 4 nights. It was a challenge.

Wish we could have stayed for longer

Seaside Annexe is ideally situated in a quiet location just a very short walk to the promenade. We were very impressed with the property. Extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Delicious home made scones with cream and jam on arrival. Very happy with our stay.

what a find

this place is amazing,there is everything you could possibly need down to the small things like bread,milk,eggs in fridge,home made scones on our arrival thankyou paula and david our lovely hosts.would highly recomend,this was way beyond our expectations

Fabulous!

This place is done to a very high standard. We had delicious scones waiting for us! There was fresh bread, eggs and cornflakes for breakfast and tea and coffee. The place is 1 min walk from the sea. We will back!
