Las televisiones no tienen youtube, les falta actualizar esa parte y la clave de internet muy enfadoso estar poniendo a cada momento la clave y contraseña de ahí en fuera todo súper bien.

Highly recommend the Hotel

Nice and clean location. Staff were friendly.

We had an issue with poor staff attendance during dinner. But the waiter Juan apologized and explained the prior waiter left not telling others to attend to us. But breakfast, Juan was our waiter and we had excellent service along with the manager Angel.

The hotel needs a makeover especially the bathroom - I placed my tray out the door after I had dinner and was pick up 3 days after. The pool water could be more clear

FOR THE COST I THOUGHT IT WOULD OF BEEN NICER. PARKING IS HARD TO FIND AT NIGHT ESP ON A SAT NITE.

NOISY AIR UNIT VERY NOISY AND TOLET HAD RUNNING WATER.

Need military presence to protect us visitors in area

It was great , many varieties of choices to choose from different type of foods .

I did not like the staff customer service that was given , it was too confusing , too busy I'm assuming on their end making it difficult for other customers to receive proper service and check ins including room service , and cleaningness of the rooms, not enough clean towels for new customers like myself checking in for the first time. And what I did not enjoy at all was the check in service from front desk , why were we being asked so many questions for example our identification cards , from each person that was actually staying in the room so if a child was staying him too had to present some kind of identification document for which they then took copy of and returned the originals but kept our photocopy of our personal information for which we don't know why it was needed since we payed the high full amount for the night stay in full dollar amount cash anyways, and why instead of just me since I'm the only one doing the check in and paying for the stay at the location to receive me key and room , but not only me if my son or for example father was staying with me as well they too had to present a card of identification and child some sort of identity document of them so they can photocopy and keep return the originals and give us our receipt , my point is why so much information is given just for a stay at this location , I believe when it comes too personal information it should always stay at a minimum of discretion and always kept confidential sharing it can cause a lot of problems like identity theft and other problems.

In cities you don't know it's better to stay at a brand you know. Not fancy local ones.

The effort to try to solve the problems I encountered in my room (but couldn't help).

I need a cold room due of a health issue. It wasn't cold. I requested a change of room and it was a little bit better but not as in many rooms I had stayed in my career.

I would not stay there again. We where in the third tower the carpet was dirty and the hallway dark.

The rooms were outdated. The room's looked nice online not the same when we checked into our room.

Our room was freezing cold. When we asked about the heater not working in the room they said the side of the hotel doesn’t have heat and they knew about it. We asked for two extra blankets when they came to bring them the guy told us that he didn’t know why they put us in that room. If they knew it didn’t have heat. So why would they put us in that room !!!!

Overall, my stay was great and the entire process was a breeze!

The property is very nice, secure, and clean. I went for Christmas and they had it decorated really nice with lights.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like. Everything was great. I would stay again.

Can't recommend this place! Smells like smoke, bad service, other guests entered our room at night.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to reach. The parking area was safe with a guard.

Unfortunately our stay was anything else than pleasant and for sure not a 5 star hotel experience. All the rooms smelled like smoke, so we had to look at more than 3 rooms to find the one that smelled the least - the receptionist made me pay an upgrade to get the room that smelled the least and wasnt on the ground floor when I told him I don't feel safe sleeping with the window open when someone can just walk in. He mentioned that the hotel is safe and no one ever walks into someones room. Well than at 10.30 pm some guests unexpectedly were entering our locked room while we were sleeping, we tried to call the front desk at least 5 times but no-one was answering. The next day when I went to speak to the reception and explained what happened all they said was,``really? sorry.`` The heater didn't work, the blanket is too thin to sleep in the cold, there were two huge TVs but no Netflix so we ended up having to watch on our laptop, the water plug in the bathtub didn't work so we couldn't use the bathtub (that was a dealbreaker), there was nothing in the minibar. Overall our stay was not pleasant and we are for sure not coming back.
