Not a pleasant experience at all at this hotel. Rooms not available at check in time, when given keys to rooms they were not properly cleaned and no shower towels were present. Staff could not be bothered with addressing our concerns.

This place is good, very secure parking lot, they control the ins and out carefully and have a watchman I duty. So parking is secure, my room was pretty basic, which is fairly typical of Mexican Hotels. But safe, and clean. There’s a buffet breakfast, upstairs in an adjoining building, it looked delicious. And a small kitchen near the pool, with a variety of options. No bar that I was aware of, but there is an OXXO within waking distance, and a large supermarket across the street Not really walkable to anywhere. But Ubers are cheap in Mexico, use them

A rude family allowed their children to run back and forth in front of our room at 10 PM screaming for a while. There was also a loud train that rang the horn at 4:30 am. Everything else was wonderful. The free breakfast was excellent.

at the reception, I was told that if we weren't got before 10 pm they were going to place the room to someone else. not fair at all.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and well kept. The pool area is nice with with a lot of trees/shade and plenty of seating. There is a large grocery store at walking distance and a convenience store across the street. They also have free breakfast which is actually pretty good. The only negative thing I have to say is the beds need to be upgraded as they are not too comfortable.

They didn't want to give us the pool bracelet. They had the put it on . I told them we would go to the pool later they told I had to go back to the office with everyone in my party.

Rooms were not ready until 6pm waited for 4hrs for rooms. Only one towel was provided per room. Rooms were dirty and infested with flies, we had to remove all the flies. Very bad service. Would not recommend and will not return.

No refrigerator and no microwave. They had ice but, for sale. The room was dirty. We had to call a staff to clean it properly. No coffee pot in the rooms. There was only one towel and one washcloth, we had to ask for more. You have to figure the light switch; one turns on the lamp and bathroom, the other turned on the sink vanity and the area by the window. Only one chair with no table. Theres no outlet by the beds. Noisy, specially when the train wakes you up early in the morning. Good breakfast. I would not return to this place

No microwave, no refrigerator, no coffee maker, and no ice provided (for purchase only). Huge gap under the door, you can see Benito Juarez through it. The room.was not cleaned properly. Theres these small flies with round wings in the room walls. The kind that hangs around sewage. Good breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me.

This place was not a good experience noisy and with a train at 5 am blasting it horn no wonder they placed ear plugs by bed. Also, noticed not very clean pulled the sheets back and find mattress weren’t that clean. Only good was the free breakfast

The hotel was without water or electricity for a full day and the staff were not helpful whatsoever. I was traveling with a 2 year old and an infant so you can imagine how much more of an issue this was. I had no way to bathe them or warm their milk. My husband also uses a CPAP machine to BREATHE at night which obviously he could not use. They didn’t have a manager on site on the weekend which makes no sense since it is their busiest time. They would not refund us or give us a discount after we were without the basic necessities such as a flushing toilet and water to wash our hands! Terrible customer service. The bathroom was dirty and old. The bed had no sheets just a flat sheet thrown on top of a rock hard broken mattress. The bathroom smelled of sewage. It has no overhead lighting so it is very dark and difficult to see anything in the evenings. It doesn’t have a microwave or mini fridge. Please don’t waste your money. Stay somewhere else. The hotel looks nothing like their pictures.

First I arrived to an empty lobby .. waited for about 7 to 10 minutes before someone showed up .. got to my room the room had a strong popurrí Oder . Not very present.. I noticed that one of the windows didn’t have a lock and brought it up to the front desk .. they moved me to a different room but made me feel like I was asking for the presidential suite.. it was uncomfortable.. I was told that they might not have any rooms available as they were booked .. but the parking lot was empty abd it was a Sunday . Anyway I will not stay here again .
