Not a five star hotel by any means (better to go for well known brands)

- rather new rooms / bathrooms which were nice and comfortable

- Terrible gym (not well equipped, old equipment, dirty and very smelly (cat pee) - Dogs and cats everywhere (by the beach, breakfast, dinner) - no refill of bath products - Breakfast generally with a wide turkish selection, but breakfast room felt more like a simple hotel than a 5 star - Most of the service personnel speaks broken english / various requests at the reception could not be answered. - Restaurant was a total rip off (everywhere in the area the same). - We didnt like the area at all. You better off staying by the beach of the hotel

Больше ничего не понравилось,одинаковая еда каждый день,очень маленький пляж,вокруг много яхт,купаться в такой воде невозможно,так как отходы с яхт,искупаться у нас не получилось.Цены слишком завышены,японский ресторан на территории отеля вообще кошмар,самые маленькие порции в моей жизни,а цена как в крутом японском ресторане от Мацухица….Абсолютно не стоит своих денег этот отель.Персонал не понимает английский язык.Room service игнорируют звонки по телефону.В конце проживания пытались навязать 8000 с мини бара за алкоголь,который мы вообще не брали!

Lekker eten, ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel met name Emin bey was heel aardig. Lekker ontbijt met verse producten. Ruime kamers met een sterke airco en genoeg kasten. Heerlijk gegeten in Lokanta restaurant, ook de roomservice was heel erg lekker.

Good hotel, but over-priced with not so good management.

Great location, very central. Good beach, breakfast. Good, helpful staff in reception. They even brought me water when I was playing tennis. Handled all my print outs.

Very slow and poor service at the beach. The staff is tired or slow there. They served hamburger without ketchup :) saying it's finished. They start dinner in the left side of the beach and close it around evening time. We were on the right side and they asked us to leave. That didn't seem hospitable. I think it's mostly poor management issue instead of staff. The prices don't really justify the sub-standard experience.

Very poor

This place is catering to national clients while charging exorbitant prices for foreign tourists. Staff friendly but untrained and disorganized. You have to be Turkish speaking to get things done and then again, more often than not this doesn’t work either ( my wife is Turkish). Only positive note were the two gentlemen at the reception (the “E”s as they made a difference). Food quality mediocre by Turkish and international standards. Pool is nice, beach small but just okay. It was an underwhelming experience all in all.

Superb

Beautiful grounds, good food and good location. We were there at the end of high season and were the only ones at the pool and the beach pretty much the whole week. It was great.

Communication was very poor. Called to make a cancellation. Staff promised to call back to update me. Never called back. Sent them a message on booking.com only for them to reply after 5 days saying not possible. Disappointed.

It was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However we were there at the height of the season and we were paying for the location. In Bodrum you will pay for having a high quality location and exclusivity.

Heavenly stay on the Turkish Riviera

Every detail said high quality. Luxury without being ostentatious or offensive . The food was amazing in the Turkish restaurant and truly incredible breakfasts (Turkish breakfast and western choices). Loved the pool area.

Beach is small, but the sea very clear here.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Highly recommended!

Everything. We were the last guests of the property before the end of the season, yet it was perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ample and tasted amazing. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, was warm and welcoming. I cannot remember the name of the person who took our order each day at breakfast, but he was so helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. Our relations manager was Yeliz Sirvani, who made sure things were perfect for us. Would love to come back here in warmer weather!

Exceptional attitude and best bedding

My stay in Divan was in September 2020. I have to fix a few key positive facts about this amazing place. First of all, location! Turkbuku is One of the most charming places in Bodrum, walking distance to perfect fish restaurants etc. Second fact is the most comfortable bedding I have ever had! I was sleeping like a baby and I really would like to know the brand of this exceptional pillows ;) Third is attitude to their guests, special ‘thank you’ to Yeliz Survani - guest relation manager, who helped me twice with my lost belongings: sunglasses and earrings. Everything was found, saved and transported to me! It’s first experience of brilliant job and very well organized system. Thank you once again and see you next year!
