Lovely place with a stable and riding opportunities.

We had a lovely two night stay and went on three rides. The horses and the terrain to ride in was fantastic as was the team.

Could provide additional refrigerator space for guests.

The balcony was beautiful and the room with three beds very comfortable and clean.

The balcony was towards the street, which had some trucks passing by in the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terra Ranch, it was close to Plitvicer Lakes and we loved our horse riding trail. Thank you so much!

Hmmmm.. Average. I guess

-Clean rooms -amazing nature and peace -beautiful animals -understanding host (had to cancel horse riding last minute)

-paper walls (you can litetally hear other guests breathing) -only one power socket in whole room -no TV -no water from 12 am till 5 am ?!?! (no warning) -a bit hard to find hosts -shared balcony without light (installed, not working) -bathroom is not really good enough to justify price of the room

good location close to the plitvice national park the rear landscape and horses were lovely to see

the house is near quite a busy main road so you do hear more traffic than I thought- and you need to pay cash at the property so I am more sure if this was made clear enough on the booking - the rooms really could do with air conditioning!

An amazing experience in an amazing house. Massive props to the hosts!

The hosts were most pleasant and welcoming! The Landscape is surreal and beautiful. The location was great for all the local sights we intended to visit. The room was comfortable and we slept very well. The horse riding experience was amazing and we would most certainly recommend everyone to stay at Ranch Terra!

We had no issues whatsoever!

Great room, clean and cozy. Hosts are super kind and you can also ride horses which is awesome experience! Highly recommend.

Good for making a horse-trip but disappointing as accomodation.

The ranch is nice, with a lot of space for children to run around and play. The horses are treated well and the staff is qualified. Horse trips into the surrounding countryside are beautifull and guided well.

Room vis-a-vis to a main road, trucks passing by all night long. So you have to close windows, and the room becomes hot and sticky but no air-condition or van was inside the room. Beds are to short for an adult European. Bathroom/Toilet divided only by a thin folding door from the living-room. A curtain in front of the shower does't protect from flooding the floor each time when taking a shower and plastering was falling down from the ceiling.

Great place for a family stay

The owners and staff were friendly. The rooms had the necessities. We didn’t spend a lot of time there so we didn’t miss not having a tv. There was a large yard for the kids to play in. There were horses to pet and also you can book trail rides through them as well. The restaurant across the street was fantastic. It was a great place to stay. We would definitely come again!

Beatiful ranch with horses

Nice and clean rooms with balcony. Ranch behind the house is beutiful and you can seat on the bench and drink coffee in the morning with a beautiful view on horses. I would definitely recommend 1 hour horse riding tour for adults and kids as really thrilling experience.

It's really a ranch, with horses you can ride. Good restaurant just across the street. You can use a shared refrigerator.
