• Το δωμάτιο ήταν value for money

nothing it was terrible
they decided to throw a private party on the balcony until 3am. we asked multiple times when the music would be turned off and the hotel staff lied each time until finally saying they 'have no control over what happens on the roof top bar' even though it is directly connected. we had people banging and screaming outside our door until early hours of the morning. they also charge you extra for the aircon which is just a scam

Daphne was always warm and welcome! Location was good, 10 min walk from old town or port
Misunderstandings with the staff, some furniture were almost ready to drop(lamb, towel holder), water in the sink was dropping

I don’t usually write reviews, fact is this is my second one ever. But I feel compelled to warn others
We had various problems with our stay.
After paying extra for having air conditioning, (6€/ a night!) something that was not advertised in advance, just that all the rooms have AC, it didn’t work.
After a lot of turns discussing this problem, where they first tried giving us a broken remote to the AC, we got a new room.
Where the door didn’t lock. At first they tried to convince us that it was working and then reluctantly admitted it wasn’t.
This was the typical response from them with issues.
They sent a guy to change the batteries in the door, but he managed to break it completely so then we had to get the master key from reception every time we wanted in and out of our room. The next day the repairman fixed it.
The next day we realised that the balcony door wasn’t locking as well…
Dirty rooms.
Safe deposit for a fee.
The shower wall mount was broken, could only be held.
Every time you shower in the tiny shower the bathroom turned into a pool.
The actual pool smelled a lot.
The room smelled of cigarettes.
A lot of noise from the hallway and the rest of the building leaking into the room.
Uncomfortable beds.
They don’t clean or even tidy the rooms until the third day. When they did the housekeeper left the balcony door unlocked. Which doesn’t lock apparently but still, the handle was in the unlocked position.. 🤷♂️
I would stay clear of this place.

I didn't eat breakfast. The location of the hotel was excellent for me. The staff is friendly. During the off season it was very quiet and I could sleep peacefully.
The space between the end of the bed and the wall was a bit tight

Okay, we had the strangest experience ever in this accommodation. After reporting the problem of the dirty room and the unusable pool which, according to Booking.com, is only closed from November, we went back to the room and someone knocked somewhere. We didn't know if they were knocking on our door because the TV was on, but a few moments later the receptionist opened the door with her card and then entered the room. He opened the door for us. There is nothing to say, it was both scary and grotesque.

Beautifully located on the western side of Rhodos City amidst shops and restaurants, close to the beach and just a short walk to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and ours had fabulous sea views in two directions. The pool is clean and refreshing and there are a enough loungers. The glass lift takes you up from the pool up to roof terrace bar with its spectacular all-round panoramic views. Breakfast is adequate and the breakfast manager, Anastasia, is really friendly and helpful.
The front-desk staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. The shower cabin in the bathroom was too small.

it was close to the centre
not clean and only did basic clean every 3 days, mould in bathroom, dust all over radiator and furniture, balcony and glass dusty and smeared. air conditioning rattly and stopped working twice. not enough toilet paper given, had to keep asking for more and would only give one roll at a time. charged to use safe. charge for breakfast which was very basic and unsatisfactory. pictures on booking site not representative.

location and friendly staff, rooms were cleaned every day, comfortable bed, functional air conditioning

the complimentary bottle of wine the evening before departure was very much appreciated but I think it is really necessary to train the staff better to aim at improving the service.
There is a lot of work to do to make this structure adequate to European standards but it has all the structural foundations to be competitive.
there are some hotels that are very difficult to evaluate, due to the location, staff, type of structure and the Parthenon is one of them.
The structure itself is beautiful, since I think that this hotel years ago was a 3 or 4 star hotel due to the many benefits offered during the day, but this fails to cover the serious shortcomings probably caused by the presence of inadequate staff. to the volume of the structure.
One of the most critical points is due to the cleaning and the change of towels, since this did not happen on time but according to some criteria that I am not aware of. The room has always remained with the presence of sand and no one has ever come to vacuum the floor. The bathroom is very small and old with the presence of mold both on the wall and on the mirror.
The swimming pool is not bad but for most of the day it is covered by the other buildings, so the presence of the sun is limited to a maximum of 3 hours a day.
The air conditioner is on payment (6Euro per day or 35euro per week) and the supplied remote control only allows the use of the fan option.

this property was a street or two from the beach and could easily walk from one side of the island to the other in under 15 mins. great central location.
this property was very unclean and had a lot of broken loungers and chairs. there were a limited number of sunbeds

It is high season so I expected high prices but I paid way too much money for what turned out to be a small room with a bunk bed. The light in the bathroom didn't work. No WiFi unless I sat on the balcony and connected to a restaurants free WiFi. Left waiting at check-in. Lots of loud and drunk teenagers.

Really good Location, 5 min. to the Beach, 10 min. walk to the city.
The staff has no respect for people who want to relax and sleep during the night . They let drunk kids to run around the hotel and shout with no consequences.
The room was super dirty. The cleaning ladies came after 5 Days to clean the room .
Bathroom door was broken and didnt close.
The Air condition was so dirty ,it was scary to use it.
The List goes on...
