Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien tenu et idéalement placé.

L’emplacement exceptionnel, l’hôtel vraiment bien tenu, propre, agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner assez cher (18.50 euros) et peu fourni en produits sucrés, mais le choix était énorme du côté salé. Le café donné en petite quantité pour deux. La partie restaurant : nous nous sommes assis un soir sur la terrasse pour boire un verre et deux serveurs nous ont totalement ignorés pendant 20 minutes, si bien que nous avons fini par partir.

Wer es "einfach aber gemütlich" mag, ist hier im Hiddenseer Hotel richtig aufgehoben !!!

Hatte das falsche Hotel: Hier mein Eindruck vom Hiddenseer Hotel Stralsund: Maritimes Ambiente, die Hotelzimmer, ähnlich Decks auf Schiffe/Booten eingerichtet: Bulleys an den Schränken, genial. Sauber, hell und hyggelig. Nah zum Hafen und zur Innenstadt. War sehr zufrieden

Extremely spacious room; great location by the harbour and a short walk from the city-centre.

The “room” was of an amazing size - the whole ground floor of a section of the hotel! The buffet breakfast (although not cheap) was superb.

Super Lage mit schönen Ausblick

Die Lage war super. Aussicht auf Hafen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross.

Die Betten waren weich und rutschten auseinander. Die Couch durch gesessen. Die Einrichtung veraltet. Man hatte die Möglichkeit das Zimmer nicht reinigen zu lassen, es wurde mit einer Überraschung belohnt. Die Überraschung waren 2 Balisto Riegel einfach nur lächerlich. Trotzdem wurden 15€ täglich für unseren Hund berechnet obwohl das Zimmer erst wieder bei der Abreise gereinigt wurde?

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - jederzeit wieder!

Unser Zimmer hatte einen direkten Blick über die Ostsee. Die Fenster waren gut isoliert, so dass man ruhig schlagen konnte. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit fangfrischem Fisch.

Kein Aufzug.

Rundum schönes kleines Hotel,wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt in sehr schöner Lage auf der Hafeninsel und direkt neben dem Ozeaneum. Es ist ein kleines und sehr feines Hotel. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und ich hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen, Das Zollhaus und den Rügendamm. ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren sehr nett.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat…

Superb

Nice hotel in a great location overlooking the harbour. Comfortable room had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff even helped carry bags up to our room (old building so no lift ☹️) No parking at the hotel but a loading zone next door meant bags could be unloaded for check in. Parking was located a short drive away and wasn’t expensive. Enjoyed our stay here.

We bought breakfast for one day and at 18€ we thought it was very expensive for what was on offer. Had much better cheaper elsewhere.

Excellent place to stay.

The location on the harbourside was fantastic. The hotel was really well decorated. With no lift we got exercise up and down to our third floor room, but had an excellent view. Tubed was very comfortable, we enjoyed having a little balcony, the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

We loved everything, the thunderstorm on the sea looks amazing through the panoramic windows)

great location, super-super-super friendly staff, sea view, kettle and cups in the room, water bottles, enough hooks in the bathroom, clean, nice and unusual

during the day when it's hot outside it can be a little stuffy; we lived at the very top, there was no elevator, for someone this may be a problem

Good location and comfort

The hotel is beautifully situated on the boulevard (currently under renovation), 5 minutes from the old town. Comfortable room, comfortable beds, helpful staff (I arrived late, after closing the reception - after arranging everything with the reception, the keys were "waiting" in a locker).

Perfect for city trip and Baltic sea

Good location close to old town and restaurants. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately it was very loud due to work on the street and the harbour early in the morning. But this should be done soon. Staff smoking in front of the hotel with smoke coming up in the open window.

Perfect place to enjoy the sighs of Stralsund

The hotel is perfectly located right on the seaside. our top floor studio has an amazing view to both old town and sea. Very cozy, clean and quiet place

Ive read the reviews before talking about rooms being small and noice from the bar below. The room is not super spacious but still has a sofa, table and two chairs. We heard no noices from outside even though there was a party one night.

There is no mini fridge in the room which would have been nice to have.

Worst

Bed was bad, the toilet was not working, i was asked to move to another room and then move again because the room was booked. It was a horrible experience. I mentioned before that is my anniversary but still it was ridiculous service by the hotel. The lady was little bit understanding but the guy on the counter was not cooperative. I asked for the balcony room but i got at the end a non balcony room. Size of the room was smaller then expected and according to the cost, i saw near by hotels and i felt i made a bad decision choosing this hotel.

A perfect stay in the rooftop room with sea view

We stayed in the "Superior Double Room" with the sea view, which also has a huge balcony. It was an amazing experience for us. The hotel is located close to the harbor and Ozeaneum and lots of different restaurants. The room was clean and well furnished. We definitely will stay here again next time.

Wonderfully situated, attractive modern hotel

The view from our room was strictly wonderful. During the day we heard the sounds of the port and the chatter of passers-by, but at night with the well-made windows closed, there was no noise at all. Our room was relatively small but was well equipped and tastefully furnished and decorated with a nautical theme. Parking at the hotel was easy (best to arrive early), and in any case the Hiddenseer Hotel is a short walk from any place in the Altstadt. Checking in and out was easy and friendly.

People with mobility constraints should be aware that there is no lift/elevator. Rooms are not equipped with hot water kettles, coffee makers or minibars/refrigerators.

Very nice and central location. Nice atmosphere at the hotel

It was standard breakfast, for relatively high price. For that price I would expect freshly pressed juice. Fresh milk options to the coffee OR out-milk options. American pancakes and fresh fruits (not conserved).
