The staff were friendly and accommodating. While the price for dinner was steep the food was delicious. A comfortable stay.
As with all accommodation near Torres del Paine the accommodation wasn’t cheap for what it was. The bathroom was old but relatively well maintained.

A very pleasant, charming and comfortable place for traveling around Patagonia, especially around the Torres del Paine park. Very warm family atmosphere. Cozy rooms; some of them even with a small fireplace. The owners also offer dinner in the evenings. I recommend it especially after hard hiking. My salmon was perfect. The place seems to be expensive in the season, but considering the very low availability of other hotels and guesthouses and their mega prices, we do not regret a single cent that we left there. I recommend booking several months in advance. Thanks to the owner, his family and employees for the hospitality! And who knows, maybe we'll see each other again in some time.
The shower cabins (sliding doors) could be in better condition...

We were late to checking in. The owner was waiting for us, packed our breakfast for our early check out
The wood fireplace looks nice, but getting cold in the morning. No aircon or electrical heater

The buffet breakfast was very pleasant, especially the blueberry pie that was served one morning. The bed is comfortable.
The people who run the place are kind, - but surprisingly unprofessional.
Our room, named Rio Sorreno (or like that,) was very cold. Not all rooms are like that, most had pleasant temperature - as we learned from other guests. Ours seemed to be a room that was added to the building later, probably with 0 (minimal) insulation. There was a fireplace in there that we had to light and had to feed, but getting wood and the lighter liquid was a challenge every evening. On our second evening, we came home late, at around 10 pm, and expected the fire to be lit, but no, we arrived in a freezing cold room and had to wait until the owner provided what was necessary. We did not wake up during the night to put more wood on the fire, so in the morning we were in a mighty cold room again. On our third night we had to wait 2 hours for the fire as well for dinner, as out of the 3 people running the place only one was there, and she was too busy. We begged her to give us the lighter, so we can start the fire, but she did not do that either.
We had dinner on-site twice. The food served for dinner is mediocre. The second time out of the 4 main courses listed on the menu card only 2 were available. The lady wrote down our order, but mixed it up, so after the 2-hour wait she did not exactly bring what we asked for and tried to make up for the mistake and the delay by bringing up much more food than what 2 people could eat. By then we were so tired and so hungry, too hungry to eat much, so it was sadly wasted.
Foreigners do not need to pay 19% VAT. I sent our passports is advance to confirm that we were foreigners. In spite of this, the VAT was charged. The owner said that it could be avoided only if we paid in cash in USD. This is not written on the page, neither was I informed about it in advance. I feel that we were cheated out of our 71 USD.
Only one of the staff members/owners speaks some, very limited English.

The owner of the property is very nice and helpfull. I had been run into very bad situation when find the car rental company after I arrived in the airport of Punta Arenas, since I have already made reservation with a car rental company, named Yoer Car Rental, and provided all the information such as the flight number, arriving time for pick up the car, etc. However, once I arrived in the airport, I cannot contact that person with WhatApp, which I was communicated with him so far. No person showing up at the airport, no answer with WhatsApp. He was just totally vanished. Then I have to book another company, which is Recasur Car Rental, I am soo luky that they have an extra car. So, that made my arriving time delayed for 5 to 6 hours! The owner wait for me until about 11:00 pm, I am greatly appreciated. I will be recommend this Riverline Lodge to other firends in the future.
Nothing.

We booked 4 nights at the Riverline Lodge and felt at home from the first moment. The owners are very very nice people and even with the language barrier, they made us feel welcome. We visited the lodge with our 2 year old son and they all loved him and spoiled him with extra drinks and snacks. We had dinner at the lodge a few nights, which we highly recommend! Javier was going the extra mile for us, giving us some nice tips for hiking in Torres del Paine with our son (in a backpack) and even warmed our fireplace in the room.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, I enjoyed the coffee and the juice too.

The staff was very kind and caring. They were very helpful and patient as we asked many questions during check-in. They even helped repair my backpack in the morning. Hospitality at its finest.

The friendly and helpful hosting family
Our room was very small and the bathroom was tiny
4.3
People are friendly, living room is cosy with a fire place.
Dinner was better than in the hotel in the same village. Breakfast was good with freshly baked cake :)
the sheets on the bed have not been completely clean, there have been already some hairs from who knows… the Interieur could use a renewal.
general the whole area is extremely expensive so this is a good place to stay.

Nice comfortable room and shower
Very friendly and helpful hosts.
Great New Year Eve dinner
The location (Cerro Castillo) is practically nowhere. Not even a decent grocery shop.
4.3
The nicest hosts. I encountered car trouble, and they were able to help out without even asking twice. Helpful answering questions and making you feel at home!

Very clean. Very friendly staff. They prepare a very early breakfast.
Far from the park entrance. Not very cheap

Javiera gave us a warm welcome.
The front sitting room was really comfortable.
WiFi was good (not so with other places)
Though breakfast normally starts at 7 they prepared it for 5 AM for one family and 6 AM for us.
It's really close to the border crossing for starting out early.
Nothing is close to Torres.
Cerro Castillo is no exception.

This was an incredible place to stay for our family- the owners/ hosts went out of their way to help us have the best experience. From gas for our car to an early breakfast and a trail ready packed lunch, we felt at home here. Really one of our favorite places on our road trip around Patagonia!
4.3
The lodge is nicely located half-way between Puerto Natales and the national park. The owners were super kind and had a great sense for hospitality. the breakfast was great and our room was cozy.
it would have a been a bit easier in our room with a wardrobe/coat hooks but this is not a big deal
4.3
Nothing really.
Pretty decrepit ranch-style house in a very inconvenient location 25 miles outside Torres del Paine National Park. It might have been OK at 1/3 the price, but it was not very clean or well kept and they were charging $148, while implying the they were at the edge of the park.
