Hotel location is very good. Staff are first rate. Room a little hot but fan provided.

Comprehensive breakfast. Staff wonderful. Location is very lovely.

Improve connection to the Wifi. I expect when I travel to log on to wifi very easily. I gave up in the end.

Nice stay

Central location, big room, everything is clean. Breakfast was nice.

Somehow I could hear the church bells with the windows closed at 5 am. So if you're a light sleeper, put earplugs.

Lovely stay

Room size , plenty hanging space , fridge ,extras in the showeroom . Very helpful staff .

No tea and coffee facilities in the room , cooked breakfast should be a standard, not an extra for the price.

Recommended if you want to spend few days in the Sarnen area!

Location in the middle of the village. Close to train station and to the lake. Very good location. Parking spots available for free. Very good breakfast. Nice wellness area.

Good location in the centre of Sarnen. Clean and ok, value for money questionable

Good hotel, room is ok but overpriced for what it is. Very good breakfast buffet.

Superb

Everything met my expectations. The room size is appropriate, there is a great view to the mountains from the balcony. Lots of parking lot, so I always found a free place. Friendly staff :)

Nothing to complain, the only thing to mention is the pillow was too soft to my taste.

Pleasant stay

Very nice, modern room, with plenty of space. On site restaurant offers very good food. In addition the hotel was very accommodating - not only they served breakfast earlier on the half marathon day, but they included pasta in the offer!

A good stay.

Management of the hotel, cleanliness over all good organization and very good approach of the personnel. There is a comfortable parking around the hotel.

One could feel some saving on non availability of the coffee and tea in the room, nor water was offered, which was somewhat a pity for this class of the hotel. The restaurant would need somewhat better chef - cook. We have ordered a traditional traditional regional meal and it was cooked below the expectations. Welness was limited in time, however we understand, that now this is a scarce opportunity and like this some organization is needed. On the other hand the welness is very good here in this hotel.

Good Spa, good breakfast

Quite expensive for a really at best average room. Plus, on booking on the photo of this room category is a balcony which we did not have (to be fair, was also not mentioned in the features, but still).

Perfection

The staff was amazing, super friendly and respectful, I felt treated like royalty. The room was really good, comfortable and luxurious. The spa/sauna was really good and relaxing. The sauna was 91°C so quite warm! The breakfast was super. A large selection of delicious stuff.

The room was a little warm when I arrived and there was no AC, only a ventilator, which was enough together with opening the balcony door and window
