I can't tell you about my experience because they wouldn't even let me check in. The lady at the fromt desk was njce but the manager wouldmt accept my ID. Still got charged for the nights though.

Pet friendly, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great weekly rates. Only bummer is no pool and no ice machine but QT is in the same parking lot. They do have a $2/day towel fee which is strange, especially since if you are staying by the week, housekeeping doesn't even ask if you want or need new towels each day. You have to catch them and ask for switch out.

Newer but very low budget. Bed and pillows horrible. Extended stay room with no utensils, plates cups etc. not even a paper cup. Tv channels limited. Towels stained. Door did not lock.

They had updated their system and it was transferring over so it showed that our room number had been empty and they actually had two separate guests come up to try to stay in our room while we were in here… Very unprofessional, but understandable, otherwise a great place to stay thank you.

This property states “pet friendly” and yes they do accept dogs but the property has no area like a grass pad or anything for dogs to use the potty. I was asked at checkout how much the check in lady (rude) quoted me for my pets- should be standard. I paid more for my pets than my lodging rate.

I worked weird hours so I asked for a change of room so it might be quieter (so I could sleep). They did everything possible to make sure I was happy with my new room. So friendly. So kind. I would definitely recommend Woodspring Suites in Mesa every time.

Was not what was described on yje booking. Bed was dirty and moved around when I sat on it. Was not attached to the headboard. Could hear through the walls. Did not stay left after I checked in.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The downside inside of the rooms was there were no curtains in the windows only blinds. Also no blow dryer in restroom. The room was overall clean and smelled like new paint. The beds were not too comfortable also pillows were very cheap. In the restroom the water smelled a bit off kind of swampy. Lastly on the day of checkout the cleaning ladies showed up a bit too early around 8am even though checkout was at 11am and they also knocked again around 9:45 so that was a bit annoying. Overall it was a decent experience for the price as there were a lot of convenient places nearby but I would probably not stay there again.

When checking in they don’t take the MVD app and I happened to forget my physical ID but when delivering the message she was rude about it. You either don’t like your job or you’re too comfortable. Either way I was there for one night for a wedding so all that wasn’t necessary.

There are hidden charges - like linens. Apparently they charge you a rental or surcharge for linens. Maybe just a security deposit. And they are pathetic - bring an extra blanket and pillow because theirs are anemic.

When I got in at 4pm in the afternoon I had to wait with other guests for 30 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. The bed it on a metal frame that moved around easily and squeaked a little when it did. I was there for 3 nights and my room was never made up.

While the staff was friendly and respectful the room was less than expected. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There were two pillows in the bed that were flat and lumpy. The a/c sounded like a lawnmower, the blind was broken, and there was no curtain to close out all the light from the parking lot.

Great location, nice looking hotel, and friendly staff. My one complaint was the fact that my room wasn't cleaned after the previous tenant had left. You could tell that the bed had been slept in, the pillows and towels were all used and the trash hadn't been emptied. I talked to the front desk about it and they were very apologetic, but didn't offer me a different room. So I asked for clean pillows and towels and made the best of the situation.

Guy at front desk was sick as can be, and the only worker at the hotel. Checked in and as soon as I got to the room the couple behind me at check in came in. Because of this, I thought better take my bags to dinner. I came back from dinner and some one else was checked into my room. The guy at the front desk told me they are full now…. Hotels.com made it right by transferring me. I will never stay here again even though it is the most convenient location to the facility I was visiting…. I travel frequently and have never been to a more disorganized place. I’ll never stay here

$200 a night was too much for this minimalist property that even charges a linen fee if you stay more than one night. Noisy, walls thin, no blackout curtains only blinds that let the light in and minimal supplies 1 soap and shampoo and nothing else. Would not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE Do not believe the favorable reviews. It's the little things that can make or break a hotel and this hotel is broken. I will start with the good: -Clean bedding -Mattress was ok -Onsite laundry and gym -Ample parking -Close to Costco and other shopping Now the bad: -The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear every word of your neighbors conversation and they can probably hear you too. -The ceilings/floor have no insulation and you will be able to hear your upstairs neighbor walking, setting down luggage, etc. -You will need to take out your own trash -Staff will not give extra towels. You need to exchange your old ones -Housekeeping will only clean your room every 2 weeks -Floor and phone are not cleaned well. -You will hear cars coming and going- repeat there is no insulation -A lot of construction workers stay here; get used to waking up early when they leave -There is a homeless person living in the bushes in the back of the hotel
