The location is stunning and the hosts are more than welcoming. The food was exceptional and you could tell that it was made with love.
I wish more people would discover and visit the place.
The road to the property is not fit for a low car.

We were with 2 and 4 years old kids. They loved the place! The nature amazing the horses impressive and the riding is very good. The food is simple and good but takes long time to make so we order ahead. There isn’t a/c in the room but it’s pretty cold at night.
Nadia did a mixup and gave our room to other people but she was sorry about it and it was ok

The location, immersed in nature, a starry sky, simple home-cooked food
The last 2 km of a horrible dirt-track that felt like driving into a riverbed... but I made it with my non-4x4 vehicle !

The horses! Obviously well loved and free to clip the grass around the estate, they must be the luckiest horses on earth.
The family is friendly and accommodating. Even though kitchen is officially open at 8 am, I was able to get coffee earlier. I don't speak Bulgarian but I didn't feel it to be an issue, as the owner Nadia speaks English and was able to coordinate everything I needed.
It was also interesting to meet overseas volunteers at the ranch.
Altogether, a peaceful stay.
Nothing!
Maybe to consider sale of snacks and essentials to jetlagged travellers or for midnight munchies since the location is quite remote.

It's located in the forest, so it was super quiet and with fresh mountain air.
A bit off-road for the last stretch of the trip.

It was a lovely location and the English riding instructor gave fantastic tuition..as a complete novice I really appreciated his care and detailed help it gave me confidence...
We loved the food that Baba cooked as well ..a brilliant introduction to Bulgaria
Thank you .
Well we found the track to the property extremely rough and were scared we would have difficulty getting out if it rained as we didn't have a 4x4

Wonderful place in the middle of the forest, clean air, horse riding was really fun
No heating in the rooms was available, even though it was around 0 degrees celsius after 10:00 pm.

The service - very nice and warm owners; the delicious food - salads, BBQ, typical Bulgarian breakfast (different each morning and a great surprise, mountain hot tea); the nature - amazing location; the animals - horses (including my first ride in the nature ever! Amazing!, rabbits, cats.. The peace and quiet...
The last 2 km of the road to the hotel are not suitable for a normal city car; the base is becoming outdated and the facilities are not maintained very well, the bathroom needs to be cleaner! There was no option for a cooked meal at dinner, as we were the only guests (we did have lentils soup for lunch though, which was nice).

It is in the heart of the mountain

Cleanliness of the place
Availability for BBQ and Beautiful animals
Parking
Road to the location is not good for the Last two kilometers.
It is stoned - dusty road
There is strange smell in the hall area in the building,
We suspect it was the horse natural scent,
but could be cheap detergent for the floors
It was cold in the evening in the rooms for September. My wife did not take a shower because of it.
There was no cooked meals available just a grill on the go and fries(good ones).
Only one kind of beer available.

- peace and quiet
- natural beauty (pine forest, river, three mountain ranges within sight!)
- fantastic staff
- beautiful horses
you would really need to be picky to find anything wrong with this amazing place
