Clean, comfortable and very homey accommodation highly recommend and will return again!

The view was the best in the area and the whole house was very homey and comfortable. The host had thought of everything to provide for his guests to ensure that a carefree stay was enjoyed. The location to the pub is great as is the many walks for our two dogs .The prepared fire was a lovely touch and just like home! The fenced yard was wonderful too for our dogs to be able to run outside safely.

nothing, you would have to be a very unreasonable person if you found anything wrong about this accommodation. it is fantastic!!

Best place to stay when on Bruny Island .... close to water and waterfront tavern a few minutes drive ...highly recommend the tavern food was amazing ... you need to book or you’ll miss out ....

Everything we’d hoped for and more!

Simple but comfortable stay with one of the best views I have ever had from our accommodation. Perfect spot for exploring the rest of Bruny Island and has a lovely deck/garden. So peaceful and relaxing with mesmerising views to an island and mainland Tasmania beyond. The owner was really helpful and friendly.

Well equipped holiday home with a stunning view

The house was incredibly clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The location was great with a stunning view over the water to Satellite Island. The deck was perfect for some afternoon nibbles and a few drinks while watching the sun go down. It was lovely to arrive to a warm house as Matt had lit the fire for us which made it nice and cosy. We would all definitely recommend this house to our friends and family and we would stay again.

Relaxing and comfortable

Location was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. The fireplace is a lovely idea but we found that it didn't draw very well and was smoky. Probably look at having flue cleaned and maybe moving the top up a bit to enable smoke to escape better.

3 good size bedrooms and a lovely view. Pity only 1 bathroom and the toilet was in the bathroom

The view! The location! The peace and quiet, to get away from it all. A great house, with everything you need, and more, for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Everything in the house and yard felt like a home away from home. Loved the fireplace.

Just a minor detail, and nothing about the house, but the local shop was either closed or had limited supplies when we were there. (Off peak) Just make sure you bring enough of your own food supply to keep you going.

Perfect location, absolutely stunning views of the water, took some picturesque photos! It was like a home away from home, everything we needed, extremely neat and clean, and the owner was so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Main heating is a wood fire - a heat pump would be preferable and less work / organisation for guests
