Good overall but a bit disappointed with the Villa for the price.

The villa was in a good location only a short walk to the beach. The apartments Cabot Las Velas next door where we collected the keys were really good and helpful, we also used the facilities there which were really nice and the staff were very helpful.

The Villa is quite dated and could do with some renovation. On arrival it smelt very damp and musty. The pool could have been cleaner.

we had a lovely week but the Villa does need some work to get it up to the standard that you would expect for the price.

the Villa was very big and nicely laid out. perfect if you are staying there as 2 families as you have your own space. good location too, apart from the fact it was right by the road and could do with a taller fence so you can’t be seen in the pool/garden.

the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped with utensils. some of the lights didn’t work including in our bedroom and bathroom. the edging around the swimming pool was very rough and cut my sons toes and fingers, even wearing socks it completely ripped his socks and made his feet extremely sore. we also didn’t have a cleaner come in at all during the whole week and no fresh towels. the pool wasn’t cleaned either during our stay which was disappointing. we didn’t even have a net to try and clean the pool ourselves. a bit more attention to detail is definitely needed.

the villa was perfect for our group stay apart from lack of comfy seats.

great space inside, large kitchen and 2 big sitting areas large dining room, the upstairs bedroom and bathroom were excellent. outside space was great,big pool plenty of sun beds and cover for getting in the shade.

needed a few more comfy seats in the lounge kitchen looking a bit tired, no coffee machine apart from a pod one, lack of lighting or maybe just bulbs.

Fantastic and didn't want to come home.

The help we recieved from the cabot apartments next door. They were fantastic and always happy to help.

My only comment if I had to make one is we wished we could have the sun longer around the pool area. The one large tree behind the pool blocked the sun from around 3.30pm which was a real shame around the pool and sun loungers so it was in the shade till late so we always went to the beach in the afternoons for the sun.

a home from home, the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family and friends holiday

the villa has so much to offer, a mix of families and friends we had a fab stay. the neighbouring reception at the apartments helped us with any hiccups we experienced and responded straight away to our enquiries. a thoroughly enjoyable stay ! thank you 😊

a very minor point , the upstairs shower, lovely as it was , was prone to leaking . had to create a towel dam 😊

Good stay .. could have been better

Pool area , privacy Staff - Maria at reception and Javier Also José manager at Cabot ..

Sunbeds are uncomfortable master bedroom weird howling noise & shower flooded floors if not v careful Kitchen not well equipped .. no oven gloves no information booklet had to constantly ask reception for wifi code / key safe access code , drying rack etc

Amazing! Such a great place to get together with friends - thanks for a fab stay!

It was an incredible place in a beautiful location - really close to the beach... The staff were so friendly and the house was kept really clean. The villa itself was beautiful with an amazing pool!

Only thing I would recommend would be to have some cleaning equipment in the house e.g. Dustpan and brush, washing up liquid and cloth etc. Other than that the kitchen was very well stocked!

Not much

Beds were poor and unsuitable. The sofa was more comfortable There were too many mosquitoes.. the area should have been fogged. It was too close to a noisy road and had no privacy. The downstairs bathrooms were very dated . The upstairs shower floods the bathroom . There was no welcome pack.. even the most basic hotel room provides tea and coffee.

Noise from pipe irrigation system people in two of the bedrooms didn't sleep for three nights until sorted and the upstairs shower didn't drain away water ran down staircase an ongoing problem so we were told
