Nicely done, beautiful location, bikes and e-bikes to borrow. Good restaurant.
It's on a hill so normal there are steps but I think all steps and stairs should have hand rails. That wasn't the case. Also some steps too high, like the one to enter the reception. Some rooms had more steps to reach, and the pool quite many. For our room only a few steps but no railing.
With warmer bed cover we could have turned off the heat at night.
Bike reservation not so well organised as one day I had reserved but someone had taken it.

Perfect boutique hotel with beautiful minimal rooms!
Food wasn’t that great. It can definitely be improved for better but other than that staff was lovely, ambience was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic hotel! Gorgeous setting and you feel worlds away but you are just a quick drive from beaches and the city. It’s better to rent a car to explore the island if you are planning on leaving the resort for the day. The pool is lovely- the spa fabulous. We also did yoga classes every morning which were great. We had all of our meals there and we’re always impressed. Breakfast is included and they had so much to offer- iberico ham, champagne, omelettes, fresh OJ. Highly recommend!

The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning. It overlooks the mountains and the hotel's own olive Grove and vineyards. Having breakfast and dinner here everyday felt like a dream.
The staff were outstanding. All of them so friendly and attentive with impeccable attention to detail. Pierre who was running the restaurant and his team Inés, Miguel and others were all friendly faces greeting us every day, and making us feel at home. They went above and beyond and Christian, the manager, even kindly dropped us to Palma when no taxis were available. Huge thank you to you all for making our honeymoon experience unforgettable.
Food is incredible with a daily changing menu, and lots of little surprise dishes. We enjoyed the Bbq and tasting menu days and loved both. Fantastic selection of wines too.
We had an amazing massage at the spa too!
The only criticism I have is that I felt it was annoying there was no a la carte menu if you didn't want a three course set menu. Food was delicious but to only have the option of set menu for both lunch and dinner when nothing else is around, its a bit limiting (and expensive). In the same spirit, water was refillable filtered water yet you still had to pay five euros per bottle (unless as part of the set menu). Plastic bottles were even more at 6€. The hotel could very easily just have filtered water taps for guests to drink at leisure for free given the price you pay to stay. We often found ourselves a bit dehydrated because we didn't want to keep buying small bottles for 6€. Again, when there's nothing around, there should be another option.

This hotel is beautifully furnished but nowhere near a 5 stars hotel. Laura is a helpful and seems to be the only person onsite who understand what a 5 star hotel is. She agreed the service provided was poor and offered us a massage to make up for the constant bad experience.
- staff to customer ratio is poor and most of the staff is young and not well trained
- noise isolation is poor (e.g when going to the toilet in the middle of the night I could hear my neighbours talk in their bed)
- When ordering room service they forgot half of the order
- Claimed it's difficult to cope because they're a small hotel with only 25 rooms but then nothing is personnalise (i.e. travelled with my sister but in the room they still put a pair of men & women's flip flop, they ask you for your room number each time and don't know your name)
- Lack of Pergola to cover the cars when it's 40 degrees outside
- They have an app but if you want to know about the dinner menu, you have to come to reception to see it (why develop IT capabilities if you can't update?)
- Asked to book restaurants (they're mostly unable to recommend anything else than the onsite restaurant) and they said "sorry they don't pick up the phone" and didn't recommend and alternative.
- there's a shop (I guess it's a criteria to be a 5 stars hotel) but it sells 3 items of yoga and there's no one working in the shop
-All in all it looks like they 'googled' criteria to be 5 stars and knew when the review was

There is no doubt about it. This hotel is stunning. from the drive from the airport to the windy road to the gate and up into the car park, it’s all beautiful. The room itself was fantastic, an outside terrace and a spacious room (though a little tired in places) was all very comfortable. The AC not as powerful as I would have hoped given the 38 degree heat, but with the curtains closed we managed to keep the room cool. The gardens are beautiful and there are lots of walks to do taking you through the vineyards and olive groves. The swimming pool a perfect temperature and the beds exceptionally comfortable.
This hotel for me doesn’t hit 5* and is certainly not what you would expect from the price tag. Attention to details really missing. Sometimes our room wasn’t cleaned until 3/4pm. No pool staff for drinks until 12pm. No personalisation from the staff and to be honest, I have eaten better food… which is a shame as this was meant to be a gastronomic experience. The biggest thing for me was lack of consistency. One day a good breakfast, the next it was inedible. It became very obvious that at full capacity staff couldn’t cope. The gym also very disappointing…. very few weights, the AC no where near good enough to sustain working out in and it was small and very cramped.

From the moment we arrived Finca Serena was absolute heaven. The Finca is stunning with terraces on both sides and beautiful countryside views, which we enjoyed with a welcome glass of cava. We stayed in a garden room next to the kitchen garden and loved it, we had our own private terrace and it was so peaceful. The rooms are beautifully decorated, simple and elegant with everything you need. We also used the spa and gym facilities which were perfect for our needs and weren't too busy. The food was absolutely delicious - we had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was very memorable. Breakfast possibly the best we have ever had in a hotel! Laura on the front desk was exceptional, so friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our stay - thank you! We can't wait to come back.
Honestly we absolutely loved our stay and find it hard to fault anything, so these comments are definitely minor and did not impact our overall enjoyment - still 10/10.
One thing we found is that when we first arrived we weren't 100% sure where to go to find reception, but we noticed that for some other guests the team were there waiting for them as their taxis arrived so that they could show them to reception and take their bags, which I think is perfect. However, this is nitpicking because it took us all of 1-2minutes to find it and the welcome we got when we found reception was exceptional!
We also hoped to use the bikes on our last afternoon and were told to turn up and they should be avaliable, but found when we did they were all gone - so in future might reserve them to be sure.
