It was okay…very quiet and comfy

The location is excellent…

.they need step up their routine cleaning. Going beyond the Norma cleaning. Curb webs visible and the windows dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile

Some of the staffs where friendly and ready to help while some from other department were not.

The breakfast was only served for one person in a double room, that is breakfast for one person to be shared with your partner instead of two trays of breakfast so if the second person wants to have breakfast in a double room then he or she would have to pay for second breakfast.

On my arrival the water from the tap was not clean so every time we flush the water is brown and as a result of the water being brown and that was what I used to bath, I got rash on my skin, like water infection.

One night stay

Bed was comfortable and there were more than enough sockets in the room. My room was changed because after I checked in, the AC went off and refused to come back on. The food was good and there was no smoking smell.

Killed two cockroaches, one in the room and the other in the bathroom. The noise from the reception could be heard from my room on the ground floor. At midnight, I could perceive the frying smell from the kitchen. The hotel charged the same rate as if I were a walk-in instead of that of the app. They claim it's because of the exchange rate. In fairness, once you book, they send a message on you how much you will be charged, despite what is on the app. At some point, it seemed like the AC was not working because the room was hot. The telephone had speaker issues, so the receptionist kept coming to my room to speak with me.

Above All, I still enjoyed my stay. Then, the receptionist (Charity) was fantastic and courteous

Breakfast was complimentary and was good. The hotel's location is also perfect. I liked it. Good to be considered to stay for my future trips

The noise at the car park downstairs could be distracting. Also, water stopped pumping the day i checked out and it took them a long time to fix it. I was not too pleased with that.

Family friendly environment, pleasant staff but the extra charges and the main door was a no no.

I loved the courtesy and support of the front desk staff and the lounge staff

I was charged extra to what was displayed on booking.com. The door to the main entrance is too small. I struggled to enter wearing my backpack.

Clean facilities and great neighborhood. Courteous receptionist.

They refused to change bedspread when there was accidental spill on the bed claiming they only change covers once a day. That's not a customer friendly policy and not hygienic either. For a hotel of that price and in such a great location, they should at least have a sofa in each room even if it is a single sofa. Food is nice but too pricey.

The fact that the whole place was smelling of weed cause some guests were smoking, I felt that was very disturbing, at a point I saw some guys walking shirtless on my floor with weed
