About this house rental
"Isola Palma" is situated on 1.5 landscaped oceanfront acres with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a wonderful home that sleeps 24. Four full-width porches provide breathtaking views of the Island, with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Atlantic on the other. The beachside views reach past historic Fort Sumter and include the Morris Island lighthouse. The house does not have a private beach access path, due to erosion, but there is a beach access path two houses down.
The exterior of "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a resort unto itself. Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). The first level hosts the elegant infinity edge private pool and bar-b-q/wet bar platform. When in need of dry land exercise and some friendly competition, take advantage of the full-sized basketball court on the street side of the house. This area also includes a deluxe "yard toy" play set and ample off-street parking inside the privacy gate. When ready to call it a day, freshen up in the shower/locker room under the screened porch.
Understated elegance best describes the interior, which is classically beautiful, warm, and inviting. The first level includes a second master bedroom featuring a king and queen bed, a sitting room, a great room, a guest room bedroom featuring a king bed, a large informal dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is a cook's delight with its large multi-level granite center island with gas cooktop and multiple seating areas. Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezer and custom pantry cabinetry highlight this wonderful fully equipped kitchen.
The upper level features five spacious bedrooms, three of which have oceanfront views. The master bedroom features a king and queen bed and gorgeous oceanfront views with direct access to the upper level deck. Just adjacent to the master bedroom is a fantastic room for the kids, featuring oceanfront views, four twin beds, game table, small refrigerator and a large flat screen television. The third oceanfront bedroom features two king beds, a private bath and direct access to the upper-level deck. Two guest bedrooms, both looking towards the front yard, one features a queen bed and the other a king, each with a twin bed. This top level is serviced by an elevator.

Our group ranged in age from 2 - 68. Very safe feeling, exceptional pool and bonus volleyball court for our family. Home is spacious enough for great comfort. Phenomenal waking to the sounds of waves and beautiful view. Loved the extra freezer and refrigerator for such a big crowd. I would highly recommend this property for any family.

The listing indicated the pool could be heated for an additional fee, but I called and apparently the pool heater was broken and we couldn’t get it heated so with the cold temperatures the pool was freezing and useable

So much space, so many activities, such a beautiful home & location. For a large family gathering (all over the age of 18) it was the perfect spot for us to go off in different directions and/or gather for meals and activities. Couples had to share double-king bedrooms,but we made that work.

This property is perfect for an active family. Direct access to the beach is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, and plenty of dining areas. A great playground for young children, and a putting green, volleyball court and full basketball court for the "older children" made this a house with never a dull moment. The infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and gorgeous deck views were amazing.

Beautiful home, great location. A little disappointed kitchen wasn’t better equipped for large families. Had to purchase a griddle & blender. Very clean though & appreciated midweek cleaning service.

I believe the house is nice however for the price the property is dated. For the price point, I may be wrong but I feel like I could get a newer place. The picture of the family room is incorrect. It shows three couches which is probably what it needs. There are random tables and chairs throughout the first floor. The grill, while top of the line, smokes a lot and is hard to cook on. I have had experience with this grill and it provides a difficult experience. As far as beach, location, and generally it is awesome. The pool and basketball court is a must. Our family had a great time. All of my issues are first world problems and easily fixed. If fixed this is an easy five star.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! The infinity pool is incredible and being on the main floor was perfect especially with kids. Nothing better than floating in the pool and looking at the ocean! The pool was extra to heat which was too expensive considering the price of the rental.

The property was well maintained. Most furniture casual and clearly well worn enough to allow families with small children. The various activities available ie putting, the heated infinity pool, the decks, the oceanfront, playground and basketball allowed for lots of out of door time even in colder weather. We had a wonderful vacation with ten adults and 7 children!
