**Repairs to the seawall and deck are currently ongoing through the winter. The work may include noise disturbances, disrupted walking paths, limited parking, and areas such as the deck and grassy areas may not be accessible. Additionally, the beach access stairs are not usable and are estimated to be back in service for guests by December 1, 2024. At this time, the neighboring complexes are allowing guests to use their beach access. **

New owners have recently redecorated this beachfront paradise to enhance the breath-taking ocean views from this bright and sunny south-facing end unit. Family friendly 2 bedroom 2 bath and direct oceanfront.

Absolutely amazing direct oceanfront views from this ground floor, beach condo at the popular Sea Coast Gardens. This ground floor, corner unit is perfectly situated and offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the patio, living room, and even the dining room table! As a guest here, enjoy free wireless internet as well.

Off the patio is an open lawn-- perfect for children to play in sight. The car-free beach is also very family friendly, since you won't have to worry about traffic when you're shell-hunting, tossing the football or building sand castles on the wide, open, white sandy beach.

From the king size bed in the master bedroom you can see the sea! Watch your favorite shows on the 50" UHD Smart TV or watch the waves roll in- it's your choice when you’re a guest at this beautiful beach home. The master bedroom’s ceiling fan will keep you cool after a long day in the hot Florida sun. The attached master bathroom has a shower with a glass sliding door.

The second bedroom mirrors the light and airy feeling of the master with its light walls and coastal decor. Two twin beds and a 40" HD Smart TV are provided so guests can fall asleep to their favorite shows. The nearby bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass door.

The kitchen at Sea Coast Gardens III Unit 101 is fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances necessary to prepare your vacation meals.

You'll often find yourself retreating to the beautifully decorated living room. Along with a stunning, wrap-around view of the ocean, this space is newly furnished with a leather, queen pull-out couch and leather reclining chairs. When you're not enjoying the serene view, you'll love watching movies on the 55" UHD TV.

The owners have even stocked the storage closet with a pop up tent, skim boards, boogie boards, reclining beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and a surfboard as well!

Packing and unpacking is easy here, since the first floor location negates the need for hauling your bags and beach toys up and down the stairs or the elevator. Parking is just steps away.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Came for a couple days to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a great time. Although there was extensive construction going on to build the sea wall, we were able to get out to the beach for our walks. We would come back.

Perfect spot. Yes, there is construction to the sea wall, but that is happening ALL along NSB! They have made a way to get to the beach so all is well!!

Nice place overall. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach toyss, chairs,umbrellas. Require guest to wash dishes in dishwasher but provide no dishwasher tablets. Pre booking questions had hard time getting answered in timely fashion. Guest parking questions took two emails and a phone call from us. Heated pool was not heated. Several complaints from guests about cold pools. Elevators out of order at least for the five days we were there. And prob before and after. Didnt need, but saw plenty older guests struggling with stairs. Construction on seawall ongoing but unsightly with dirt, firehoses, lumber, and orange fencing blocking view. And again no work progressing while there so good and bad. Sand from excavation blowing on us while using patio. Dont expect to talk to owner. Its all run like a hotel.

Everything was wonderful with the condo. The only problem we experienced was with the construction on the seawall out our balcony. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. It definitely was a safety hazard.

Awesome unit, very responsive management company. I wish all of the sea wall construction equipment was not left right in front of our windows at 4pm each evening. The construction itself was not as noisy as it could have been and is essential for the area to rebuild these walls. I would definitely go again!

This corner unit has wrap around windows and fabulous ocean views. Sitting on the porch was literally as good as sitting on the beach! The furnishings were upscale and created a perfect beach vacation ambiance. Since it was on the ground floor, moving in and out was a breeze. Everything in the unit was in perfect working order. Loved it!

As soon as you walk in the condo, you get that spectacular view of the beach. Each room was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. I liked that it is the corner unit too. We enjoyed the beach for a few days then went to a concert in Orlando, which is only an hour away. I would strongly recommend this condo.

We loved this location. My only complaint is we couldn’t check in until 4pm and had to promptly check out by 10am…if we could check out by noon so we weren’t scrambling to get out in the AM I would have zero issues. We will book again in the future 100%

We loved everything about this condo. We normally don’t like ground floor units, but this was different. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything you need. Parking was limited due to construction, but we managed. Will book again.

The property was very cozy and the view awesome. The pictures led you to believe you could walk out the door onto the beach.....NOT TRUE. You had to walk way down around the fence, down some stairs. Very inconvenient and impractical. The Master bed was very uncomfortable as was the couch in the living room. Ok kitchen and bathrooms. Ran out of hot water one day and there were just two of us. I would not rent this place again...too many other much nicer places for the money!

The unit we stayed in was warm and welcoming! We were on the ground level, and the views of the ocean were amazing, and also made our trek to the beach with all of our gear quite easy! The condo was well stocked with all of the essentials one might need for cooking, cleaning, and a great nights rest. The owners of this unit had a closet full of everything you might need for a fun day at the beach, too! Locationally, we were very close to a dollar store market, and Publix is 2mi away. Chases on the beach was a great place to eat, and you can walk the beach to get there. Our unit (101) was very clean, there were plenty of towels and bed linens and pillows. The furniture was comfy to relax on, and beds very comfy to sleep in! Having a unit with 2 full baths is also a HUGE PLUS! All of the appliances worked great and were clean. The pool and area surrounding it, for the condo guests to use, were clean and there were plenty of chairs for a great ocean view or to lounge in poolside. This turned into a girls trip for my 15yo daughter and me, but I wish the entire family could’ve made it. We also have a 9, 11, and 12 yo and I really wish they could’ve been here to experience all that this condo/location had to offer and there were so many other families! A great place to bring kids, and pets!

Our family rented unit 101 and another unit for our vacation. We enjoyed the clean condo and found it to our liking. The kitchen was fully stocked with the usual cooking implements one would use at home. Scenery out the windows was excellent of the beach. Weather was great. Closet had tons of beach toys for the grandkids and boogie boards and surf board for the older kids at heart. We would definitely book this unit again.

What a beautifully decorated condo right on the water with wide sweeping views of waves breaking on the sand. We loved the ocean view and listening to the waves just outside our window! Lots of thoughtful amenities including board games, beach toys and everything you would need for light cooking. Very comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Great pools for swimming or lounging and nice shuffle board courts. Lovely beach for taking long walks. We rode bikes on the beach down to Flagler Ave with it’s interesting shops and restaurants. What a charming, colorful, small beach town. Lots of friendly people. Being from California we especially enjoyed playing in the warm ocean water. A couple restaurants, supermarket and ice cream shop are just ½ a block away. We loved being on New Smyrna Beach Island, surrounded by water.

We have visited and stayed in several houses and condos in NSB over the years and this is at the top of our list. This condo is the perfect location. It is on the no-drive beach so is much less busy and no cars! It is just a 5 min drive down to Flagler Ave with great restaurants and shops. There are even a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself is great. The patio view is unbeatable. Tons of sunlight with large windows facing south. At high tide you feel like the water is coming up to your bedroom window! It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped. TVs are newer. Board games, pool toys, beach chairs, even a surfboard! I wish we could have stayed longer! We hope to stay again soon.
