During your stay in Orlando Florida, why spend your holidays in a small cramped hotel room when you can stay in a house? Located from 15 minutes from several parks in the area such as Disney, Universal Studios, legoland, sea world. This house is located on one of the most beautiful golf in Florida (Top 5) in the amazing community of Southern Dunes, with a 24 hour gated community and guardian . This luxury spacious house for rent is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private pool and spa, no rear neighbors, overlooking the golf course. The floor plan is 1370 feet, in addition to the double garage.
There are many restaurants nearby, and 2 major supermarkets conveniently located at the front of the estate - Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie (walking distance). There are many shopping malls close by to suit all ages and tastes
Cable, telephone and high speed internet access as well as the option of pool heating. There is also a on-site manager to see to your comfort . The place is very charming and relaxing. This lovely house is fully equipped and can accommodate
6 to 7 people.
The lounge boasts beautiful leather suites and a 55' TV and a combined CD/ Radio / I-Pod Docking station for all your entertainment needs.
Each bedroom also has a 32' TV for your comfort and you can even watch the TV when you are outside as another 32' TV is available from the patio deck.
The pool area is very spacious with a magnificent view overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course
A gas grill is available for use

The Luxury Villa at Southern Dunes was everthing promised. It was a joy to return to this house at the end of each day. We were lucky to pave pool weather most days. Neighbors and resort staff were friendly. .

House and outdoor areas were as advertised. Well stocked with all the necessities to make for a great trip. Only wished the pool could have been cleaned once midway through the stay, we rented for 9 nights. I would stay again. Nice property. Attentive owner.

Great layout and location, spotlessly clean. Loved really well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a bit hit and with board games and tennis courts and supermarket in walking distance- perfectly practical all round

The home is wonderful. Clean, well furnished and has all you need for a wonderful vacation. It's also in a great location (about 20 min to Disney World). The home has great outdoor space and wonderful pool. The golf course is excellent! We had difficulty with the management firm getting back to us and it was frustrating. But after contacting the owner, Michael, he straightened things out right away. I would highly recommend this home!!!

Stayed last week of July/First of August - this is a lovely villa. It's in the middle of a golf course which makes for a lovely scenic view from the pool. Half an hour drive to Disney World and a Walmart just outside the Villa complex which is very handy. Lovely quiet estate of Villas, we will return here if available next time we visit Florida.

This is the nicest place we’ve stayed in at Southern Dunes. We did have an issue with the pool heat we had paid for. A man came by and turned it off two days after we arrived saying he was “just doing his job”. It took two phone calls and two full days to get it turned back on. By then the weather was rainy and the water was cold. Also, the pool water was green for the first full week. Fortunately, this was corrected the following week and we enjoyed the pool for our final weeks. Be sure to keep a copy of your paid receipt to verify you paid for pool heat!

All of our concerns were addressed by Michele. The home was laid out perfectly and the golf course was awesome. We would stay in this home again. Thanks to Michele and Terry for addressing our needs and making our stay enjoyable.

This is our 7th year renting in Southern Dunes and this home is our 2nd year in a row...definitely the nicest homes we have been in. Very clean, well equipped and decorated. Confortable bed. Pool is awesome, warm and clean. Very quiet and relaxing. A special Thank you Michel for having make sure that we have had everything in place for our stay.

This is an exceptionally nice home - nicely decorated, well maintained, nice furnishings and very clean. Michel was very professional and interested in making sure we enjoyed our visit. We are repeat quests at Southern Dunes and with this owner. We have always loved the houses and care of owner. The only, very small, issue this time was this home was sold to a new owner and the cleanliness was not 100% as we have found in the past. The BBQ tanks were also both empty as they had been left open and values on BBQ on. We filled both tanks for owner so that we and next guest would have propane - still waiting for payment for this as promised. This is minor! We would highly recommend this property and Southern Dunes. The house is updated and has everything to make a prolonged stay restful and thoroughly enjoyable!

My family consisted of 7 people and our three dogs. The home was absolutely wonderful. It was close enough to all the parks (25 to 30 minutes). The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. When we first arrived the heat was not on in the pool and the Wifi didn't work. It was a Sunday evening and they responded within a half hour and came over to fix the issue. I could not have asked for a better response. Stores are all close enough for shopping. Would absolutely recommend the house and would stay here again.
