Please read the following introduction thoroughly, completely and with GREAT interest. If you are looking for a new home with great upscale class or if anyone in your group needs a new home with upscale class, I would show them this introduction prior to booking because this home is older, not upscale, older appliances, some beds are new and others not new, the kids room is very much like a dorm or frat room with 4 queen beds and a full bathroom, the house is not fancy and casual so please make sure if there’s anyone in your group that must have upscale, I’d talk to them before booking!! Also, the home is completely carpeted and make sure everyone knows this. However, if everyone in your group is fine with the above and they want the following considerations and amenities then we’d be happy to have you in our home. Some of the positive items or qualities that you will love about the Pacific Winds are; Pets are welcome; The home loves children; RV’s are totally welcome; Extremely quiet neighborhood; During rainy season, lots of water on the path to the ocean (half the year it’s rainy season); During the dry season you can walk in front of the home to the ocean; Ocean View; 3 miles to the casino; 4 miles to Ocean Shores; No damage deposit; During slow season you can come in earlier and stay later during departure; During busy seasons ask us about getting in hours earlier; Best customer service you’ll ever receive; Weekly and monthly rates (off season) are extremely reasonable; You can go directly to the home, no office to check in. Ask about weekly rates for off season!!
