Beautiful contemporary home on East side of Seneca Lake provides beautiful sunset views and peaceful/serene surroundings. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with Central Air sleeps 15 comfortably. Situated on approximately one-half acre, has large front yard and back deck with propane gas grill, firepit, and picnic area. Main living area boasts hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows for wonderful views of Seneca Lake, along with a remote-controlled gas fireplace and big screen TV for relaxing evenings indoors. First floor master suite with private bath features large soaking tub with TV and separate shower. Laundry and half-bath also on first floor. 2nd bedroom on second floor has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet - sleeps 3. 3rd bedroom on second floor has a queen size, and a full size and twin bunk bed - sleeps 5. 4th bedroom on second floor features vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors, and can be used as a separate den with a love seat and 42 inch TV - also sleeps 5. 3rd Full bathroom on second floor has large walk-in shower. Contemporary decor throughout. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video. Picnic area and fire pit located in backyard.

30 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock, 200 sqft sundeck, and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

The properry was nice. House was well kept. Property nice. Very quiet lake was lovely. The only thing that could have made it a little nicer was if tge deck was powerwashed. But other then that it was really great

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Dock and boat lift located just down the hill, convenient lake access. This was perfect for our needs.

It was a very nice vacation house with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Any issues were addressed immediately by the property manager. Our major drawback was check in was not until 4pm.

We had a great time visiting the finger lakes thanks to Mike! The only complaint I have is that the thermostat was set to 84 on one of the hottest weeks of the year. It took the entire length of our trip for the house to comfortable. Other than profusely sweating in the house while trying to eat pizza, the trip was great!

There were 15 of us. The accommodations were perfect. We had a great time and loved the house. Was a little cold beginning of May, so couldn’t enjoy the yard at all but did manage to enjoy a little time on the dock down by the lake… No complaints❤️

This was the second time we stayed at this location. There was an issue that we needed to call the owner for and he was quick to respond. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A perfect place for our family of eight adults. More than enough beds and comfortable space for dining in or simply relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped. Clean. Outdoor areas are lovely too. Plenty to do nearby - both indoors and out. In total, a beautiful area and a great house for a group. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this property. We call our little group “Sisters by Choice” and we rent a property once a year in different wine areas. This property was one of the nicest ones we have rented and the area was perfect for visiting the wineries.

We were in town for a wedding at Seneca Ridge. The house was super convenient to there, only an 8 minute drive. House was spacious and comfortable. We only ventured down to the lake a few times, but the view from the living room was spectacular.

We have been visititing the Finger Lakes every fall for 8 years. This is the best house house and location for us. The house was clean and well furnished, with plenty of space. I can't say enough about this property. We will be returning next year.

We had a great long weekend visiting the local wineries. We had 11 people and there was plenty of space. No one had any issues finding the place and our bus driver for the wine tours had no issues getting in and out of the driveways.

Fantasic house with an even better location! Geneva is a short drive and the wineries around the house were nothing short of amazing. My sister had the best time at her bachelorette party in the finger lakes! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time , the house was roomy for our large family . Pack xtra blankets . Everything was there you would need . Did not love the late check in 4:00 seemed very late . Fire pit in back nice bring own lawn chairs for around fire and leave a few on dock . All and all great location and home .

We had a great time at this home!! Just as described and all questions answered quickly and accurately. Loved outdoor back patio and dock/deck. Deck is across street but road is very low traffic and the views are spectacular. Great place for coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset. We had 8 people for family reunion and we had plenty of room. Great stay!

We have stayed at this property in the past and love the updates that have been done. Especially, having a bathroom added upstairs and access from the hallway. Home worked out well with our family of 15!! It was nice to all be able to be under one roof. We would definitely like to rent again in the future.

We had a rough start but Karen did all she could be make it better. Miscommunication on arrival date but the owner and manager worked with us to get a place for our first night and the rest of the trip went perfect. Great views and the house was very nice. Perfect location for wine tasting in that area.

Could not have been a better choice for our family reunion. To clarify my 4-star rating on cleanliness, this only applies to the external property: Lawn mowed, beach clean-up (large mass of poison nightshade at dock), weeds and trees growing through the stairs, etc. This was a concern with the children present. Well-stocked kitchen utensils appreciated (perhaps a shelf in the sideboard cabinet to help manage all the pots and pans?). An additional light fixture for the dark end of the dining room would be a nice upgrade. Note to Karen - I would have fixed the laundry bi-fold door problem that you mentioned but didn't have my tools or parts available. The top of the door pivot needs to be attached/tightened to the door frame, otherwise the doors are fine. Maybe when I'm at my boat sometime I can give you a call to see if we can meet - would be happy to fix for you! If this house is available again for next summer, same dates, we might be interested. Thanks again for renting to us - we had a great time!

I booked a stay here for a long weekend for my friend’s bachelorette. We had 9 women ranging in age from mid 20s to 50s. There was ample space for all of us in the dining area so everyone could have a seat at meals and in the living room. There were enough beds for everyone to get their own except for 2 mother/daughter duos who shared the two bedrooms with connected bathrooms. It’s in a great area if you’re looking to your wineries, which is what we did. The lake view is also beautiful! It was a little too chilly to use the deck overlooking the lake during our visit, but I imagine it is lovely in warmer weather. The only (barely) negative is there wasn’t quite enough silverware - we found there were only 7 forks for the 9 of us. Not a huge deal but I’d recommend bringing plastic ware if you’re a larger group! Otherwise, the kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need to cook a meal in. I’d absolutely stay here again!

A group of friends rented this home for a girls’ weekend. We had a wonderful weekend in this spacious home. It was roomy, open, and inviting. I had to contact the host for a couple questions and received a reply within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this home and owner.

8 of my family members gathered for my mom’s 80th birthday. The house was even better than the pictures. There was plenty of room. I love the big kitchen table to play games at night. There was enough seating in the living room. It was very clean and the lake across the street was beautiful! We would stay again and recommend to others.

Every year enjoy a long weekend with girlfriends to enjoy the area, restaurants, and wineries. The house is a great location, easy to get to, and close to plenty of wineries. There are 4 of us at the house and had plenty of room. The bathrooms were great. Upstairs was the jack and jill with the sinks in the bedrooms. Easy for everyone to get ready. The owner has been great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend this house.

We arrived to find that the property had not been cleaned because of internal communications by the owner. It required us to personally put the property in order until the cleaning people arrived the next day. The property was suited for our needs, but we will think twice before requesting a future stay.

Fit our needs well. We only had 6 sleeping at the house, but we had about 25 for family reunion with 5 siblings who have not been all together for several years. Beautiful view of the lake with magnificent sunsets.

A lot of reviewers talked about the house not being on the side of the lake. But the street is really small to walk across and the elevation of the house opposite the street gives better views of the lake. The deck is very well made for a large group to gather and watch the sunsets- which are the main highlight of this location being on the Eastern side of beautiful Lake Seneca. Thirsty Owl and Three Brothers wineries were great too. Geneva isn’t too far either- where there is a good old Wegmans! The rooms are comfortable. Wish there was another bathroom upstairs but the number of beds in the large bedroom compensated for it. 12 people can be very comfortable in the house. 2 more can also sleep okay. We were able to manage. The deck behind the kitchen is nice as well. Great house overall.
