Located on the Dunes background of Salgados Beach, your holiday will enjoy a fantastic tropical atmosphere, surrounded by extensive palm tree grounds, with the sea in the horizon.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to Salgados beach and golf course, with wonderful views next door and lies next to the Salgados lagoon, areas that are part of the National Ecological Reserve. Here you can see many species of birds including flamingos.

The private Salgados beach is uniquely wheelchair and push chair accessible right on to the sand and water areas.

The contemporary attractive apartment has 1 en-suite with king size bed, and 2 twin-bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool bathtub. All bedrooms, living/ dining room and equipped kitchen are open out into a large balcony, overlooking the Swimming pools and landscape, Palm trees & Olive trees gardens of the resort, the inviting sight runs the whole length of the apartment. There's free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, cable tv set, underground garage and round-the-clock security.

This Resort has 7 outdoor Swimming pools open all year. The Bar/ Snack Bar integrated on the garden near the pools (open from June to September). The golf course has a clubhouse with snack bar, restaurant and shops.

There is a SPA, a paid option to the Resort management.

Various Restaurants, some Coffee Shops and a Supermarket walk.

Guia Village, Albufeira Town, Shopping Center Guia/ Algarve, more Restaurants, Bars and street markets are round 10 mins. drive.

Located right next to the Resort there are some Hotels, also with awesome Restaurants that you can stopover and taste. You can enjoy the cuisine of Bossa Nova Restaurant, as well the cocktails at the Jazz Lobby Bar. There is the L14 Restaurant, a Lounge/Bar connected to Herdade dos Salgados fit for those cheerful nights spent with friends. When walking the short distance that separates the Resort from the beach, make the most of the wooden pathway over the Dunes, which can take you all the way into the nature reserve also so adequate for children.

This Oasis is an ideal place for couples, small or large families and groups that like golf, beach, nature, pool holidays and wealthy gastronomy.

We recently had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next visit! The place is ideal for families, especially for two couples with children. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so much easier for us. We were particularly impressed by the variety of pools available. There’s something for everyone, including a massive pool that we could see right from our balcony. The children’s pool was a big hit with the little ones, making their stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout our stay was very welcoming and relaxing. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which created a warm and inviting environment. The apartment itself was well laid out and perfectly suited for our group, with plenty of space for two couples and their kids. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The only downside was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is quite late, and check-out is too early, which left us with little time to enjoy our last day. It would be great if these times were more flexible. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay near the beach.

We've had another brilliant holiday in this apartment. It's very spacious, clean and well equipped. The complex is looked after to a very high standard. It's in a great location to get to beaches, the nature reserve and a boardwalk which goes all the way to the next town of Armacao de Pera. Santiago is a great host and available for any enquiries. We hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful short break in a gorgeous apartment,everything was lovely, we hired a car so we could travel to surrounding areas, but you wouldn’t necessarily need one, as beach and shop are in walking distance. Apartment had everything you’d need, and was clean modern and beautifully furnished. Host was helpful and quick to reply if we needed him, would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The aparrment is very big and comfortable, with two bathrooms and most of the necessary equipment. Beautiful terasse. Wonderfull beaches to walk on very close (with many dogs). Helpful host. The best oranges I have ever eaten. Neg: the kitchen should be renovated soon, one of the small pools was very noisy (filtration?), also at night. We had no neighbours during our stay, so we cannot judge how thin the walls are😂 There were max 30 other people in the condo during our stay👍

Have stayed in this resort many times - location of this condo within resort is excellent, 2nd floor opposite pools, its incredibly well equipped and furnished nicely with added bonus of underground parking. Owner extremely efficient in all communications before and during stay and contactable immediately for any enquiries.

The property was even better than expected, my only complaint is the room next to master bedroom air conditioning did not work very well, but we did not say anything so our own fault. Santiago was great with all of our questions.

We had a brilliant holiday in this superb apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. It's located in a lovely resort with great pools and is a 10 minute walk to a fantastic beach. Santiago was really helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Large rooms balcony overlooking the pools and a short walk to beach. Beds were too firm for all of our group, but found this at all places we stayed in Europe. Would stay here again if visiting Portugal.

Superb apartment, absolutely everything you need and more. A home from home. Not a lot round about but ideal if you are after a relaxing holiday. Cafe and supermarket 10 minutes walk and a few beautiful beach cafes not far away. If you want the busier time, Albufeira 10 mins away in an Uber, typically 6 euro. Will definitely be back asap!!

Once again we have had an excellent holiday in this apartment. Location is amazing, the pools are clean with loads of beds and the pool bar serves great food with a good selection of ice cream and alcoholic refreshments - would massively recommend to families

Great, comfortable apartment with a lovely view over the pools and extreemly well kept gardens with the sun on the balcony in the evening. Lovely long beach with golden sands about 10 minute walk away. We were very happy with location but some may find it quiet as only a scattering of bars and resturants in walking distance Resturants we enjoyed- OS Salgados , Bellavita, Primadonna and Sao Domingos Lovely walk to Armacao de Pera along the beach. Host excellent- answered queries quickly

Great experience - everything was straightforward from start to finish. Santiago (host) was very responsive, flexible and helpful with all my queries. We stayed 24th July for 7 nights and loved the apartment and the complex in general, the whole complex is very very clean and feels very safe and secure. The pools and pool bar cannot be better. Our only gripe for our stay was the fact we had no air conditioning for 4 of our 7 nights which following numerous e-mails to the owner and 2 separate visits from maintenance it was eventually fixed before we left….bit disappointed that no recognition by way of a refund was offered from the owner.

We recently stayed in Santiago's appartment. The experience was superb! He actually saved our vacation, because when we arrived in Portugal, our first accomodation (another one, not via Santiago/HomeAway) was a very big letdown. Within a day we were invited for a tour of the appartment & we were able to move there the same day.The appartment is bigger and more luxorious than the pictures show. Everything in the appartment is new / as good as new and in perfect condition. 3 Spacious bedrooms, a very large living room (with 60" tv & 2 settopboxes & Harman Kardon wireless speaker), a well equipped kitchen (incl. seperate cooler/fridge & washing/drying machine), two perfectly comfortable bathrooms, a full lenght balcony with epic poolviews.As for the location; The appartment is located in a prime spot within a luxury resort. Its gated with 24/7 security. The resort is very clean and well maintained. From the resort you can walk directly to either the beach or the sanddunes/nature. There is also a supermarket and a snackbar nearby. Right next to the resort there are several restaurants also, but we didnt try those. To sum it up; a beautiful, spacious & clean luxury appartment on a superb resort.
