Great property, no one to do reviews whether good or bad, but this was exactly as presented, the welcoming manager was great, took the time to explain everything to us. We were 3 families with kids (13 in all), we truly enjoyed the property and we were not wanting for anything! Highly recommended!

The most beautiful house my guests and I have stayed at, there is ample room for everyone, the grounds are amazing, no outside noise and close to amenities. We are already working out the date for our visit next year.

The house is wonderful for a large family celebration- masses of room - everything you could need for catering for a large group, and all the entertainment you could possibly need, with the games room, the fabulous garden with children’s play area, tennis court and a garden store with all the games - we made the most of everything and everyone enjoyed themselves. My first impressions the property is close to the main road, personally we felt it was over cluttered with ornaments which we were terrified the children might break so the thought of birthday balloons was abandoned- photos of the property show far less ‘object d’art’! Disappointing the grand piano was not tuned. We think this is fair comment and does not detract from a great time had by all.

A great place for a group celebration - very roomy, comfortable and well furnished and equipped, with huge gardens. The only very slight downside is some road noise but the secondary glazing blocked it out effectively. Dawn the property manager and Mick were instantly responsive to any small issues we encountered.

Great time and great property, so many things for the kids and adults. Relaxing time and plenty of space for all.
Impressive amount of kitchen options!

Celebrated a 30th birthday and they were beyond accommodating. The place was really suitable for large groups, plenty to do and the place is gorgeous.
Would stay there again!

Fabulous property. Had a lovely time. It was Christmas time so dining room was decorated to a great standard as was the rest of the house. It was warm and all amenities worked well with no issues at all considering there were up to 24 of us staying.
Memorable time. Many thanks

We arrived on Friday afternoon and easily found the property thanks to accurate directions.
Everything was as described and, as we had been required to detail all sleeping arrangements in advance, everyone settled in quickly. The fact that there had been a miscommunication between owner and manager leading to one bed too few was easily rectified as the manager and his wife are just next door. The children especially enjoyed the outdoor space.
Bedrooms were, mostly, comfortable and a good size for parents sharing with their children.
The kitchen/dining areas just about fitted 23 of us (we didn’t use the formal dining room with 8 children aged 11 and under!) and the living room areas were perfect for us.
We had a good weekend together, thanks!

A beautiful old home with lots of character and very comfortable.

Amazing house with everything we needed. Look forward to going back!

House was spotless and provided everything we needed. The gardens are amazing and the children’s play area was a great surprise. Good location - less than 10 minutes to the shops and 30 mins to the beach. Thoroughly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the Manor House! We were in awe at how vast the house was and how amazing all the rooms were!
The gardens were amazing and there was a massive play area which my nieces loved.
All in all had the best weekend!

We had a lovely stay for a dozen of us celebrating a big 80th Birthday. The house is huge and we barely used any of the downstairs living areas. It is extremely well-equipped, you will never run out of cutlery, crockery and utensils. It has an amazing dining room, fabulous grounds including tennis court, and the range of activities on offer are also brilliant. We would particularly recommend Archery which is organised by separate arrangements.

Great location for a weekend family celebration. The Grange Manor House had everything we needed including spacious bedrooms, amazing dining room, well-equipped kitchen, more sitting rooms than we could use and a beautiful garden with tennis court. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a group of 22 head up to Norfolk for the bank holiday weekend. The grounds were glorious, the outdoor entertaining area was fantastic looking over the grounds. We booked in for the axe throwing and archery, Sean and his team were so accommodating.
The house is spacious, even with 22 guests, it's not crowded. Would absolutely head back.

We really enjoyed our time at the Grange, and would be happy to stay again. The only thing of note is the gardener showing up without notice, and we could have had teens sunbathing that would have been horrified, and that they were posed to spray the gardens knowing that we had a dog and kids with us.
This is really picky, the stay and the house and the grounds and the staff were fabulous. 5 stars.

We booked this house for my husband's 50th birthday weekend with all of our family. The house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful! The kitchen is a fantastic communal area and with so many rooms, everyone had enough space to chill and enjoy the weekend.

We had a wonderful time at the Grange, it is a beautiful house to stay in and exceptionally well equipped to deal with big groups. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at The Grange and can whole-heartedly recommend it. From booking to checking out, and queries in between, the process was easy. The rooms are all homely and were immaculately cleaned. The kitchen is equipped with everything a large party could need and more.
Just a note, there are two steps down to ground floor bathroom/toilet which made it slightly difficult for my disabled mother but we managed and worth it to stay in this beautiful house.

Amazing house with everything you need. Tennis court could do with updating but other than that it’s great.

Booked this lovely property for a Christmas weekend with friends. The house was clean and spacious with ample room for 10 adults and 7 kids. The children (and adults) loved the games room and cinema room, outdoor play area & tennis court and the grounds are particularly nice for walks. The kitchen is well equipped, but given our short stay, we regretfully were not able to make use of the AGA oven. Nonetheless the kitchen still has x2 electric ovens and an induction hob, so you will not do without. The house and grounds were beautifully and meticulously decorated for Christmas, even the smallest detail of Christmas themed salt & pepper mills, sleigh gravy boats and festive art décor did not go unnoticed. The dining room was exceptionally set up in preparation for our Christmas dining needs which was a lovely unexpected surprise. Communications with Gerry and Mike were easy and efficient. I would highly recommend and hope to come back.

We were 14 adults and 8 kids aged five and under. This property was just fantastic and perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and dining room well equipped, not to mention an impressive formal seperate dining room. Lots of living space and garden area to explore also. Communicative host and property manager who explained everything to us on the day of check in. Would highly recommend and we hope to return again soon.

Amazing space, loved it

The house is huge with massive grounds and plenty of space for living, dining, hanging out and wandering around.
The rooms are big and can house many with extra beds and space for even move beds.
The kitchen is enormous and well equipped with everything you would need. The dining room was made up for dinner and this was a very nice touch.
It was a wonderful stay in a good location and I’ll definitely be returning if they’ll have me!

Extremely well furnished and with an excellent supply of all the things a large party needs, including cutlery and tableware and cooking pots and pans. And a very large garden!

Accommodation was beautiful and clean. Grounds were spacious with a wonderful playground which kept the children entertained for our stay. The extra toy shed and games consoles was an extra surprise which the children loved. Everything we needed was available making our break stress free and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend 👍

I booked this house as a surprise birthday party for my mum and a family get together. The house was fantastic, very well equipped everything was easy to use, the games room and projector were a great addition and used by all.
The property manager was easy to communicate with and was happy to ensure my extra needs were met.
I would definitely recommend this house for occasions and get togethers.

We meet up every year for a large home cooked meal and long weekend together. For 7 couples it was ideal as everyone could have a spacious room with a bathroom. There's loads of communal space so we could all be together or separate. The kitchen has everything you need and the beautiful dining room is already laid out, perfect for our big meal. This year we have 4 unders 2s to add to the 14 adults and we're left wanting for nothing. It was great for families as it had cots, high chairs and stairs gates. The grounds are pretty and right next to a canal which was great for a walk or a run. The owner was really responsive in the lead up and the caretaker was on hand to answer questions. I'd thoroughly recommend the Grange and will definitely try to book in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grange - the house is magnificent in the way its furnished, and is equipped with everything you'd need. The hosts were very communicative before our stay, as was the house keeper whenever we had any questions. It was great that the bedrooms were so large and that they all had bathrooms attached. We were really lucky with the weather so spent lots of time in the garden and playing tennis, as well as exploring the local area. Only negative point is the house does sit on quite a busy road and so there was a fair bit of traffic noise at night, but we got used to it quite quickly!

The host was very helpful, and the stay was good. Thank you!
