Good location on busy main road, good size 2 bedroom apt. Needs a good cleaning.

The property had a very comfortable open layout with two comfortable bedrooms, along with a small exterior porch for enjoying the outdoors. We discovered a restaurant right next-door called “Lisa G’s” that serves delectable food and has a great bar where you can get a drink while waiting for your table. The property owner was very responsive to all our inquiries and provided a detailed email to help navigate arrival.
My only suggestions that would be helpful for future guest would be to notate that the building does not appear to have a number on it. The apartment complex does have a name (which I have forgotten) that would be a great piece of information for guiding guests in locating it. I all in all, I think this is a wonderful rental, and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at this place twice now for the Ironman race and it has been wonderful! The property management is great and it’s perfect for watching the race. It’s just a short walk to all the shops and Olympic museum and oval too.

At first glance the unit seemed clean and modern with high ceilings (there are sprinklers and smoke detectors installed). The flooring and furniture is kid/pet friendly. It seemed surface clean, but there is serious dust and cobwebs on the ceiling fixtures and it smells a bit like the vet’s office. The front door only has one handle lock - no deadbolt or chain. The unit is very bare bones with none of the usual stuff you see in rentals: books, games, junk drawer of things you dont’ need until you do. There’s no broom closet with any cleaning supplies. The ottomans are storage cubes with nothing in them. There’s no storage for skis, boots or bags - just a few wall hooks and a small boot tray.
Bedrooms: the bedrooms are minuscule - no dresser or other horizontal surface to put luggage. The small closet nook is blocked by a night table, and the hanging closet organizer is coated in dust. The queen headboard is wobbly and the actual bed may be broken. There is an extreme sag in the middle of the mattress and you can hear springs pop when you sit on it. The sheets are some sort of cheap polyester. Because the bedrooms are so small, it seems necessary to get the air moving, but not advisable because the ceiling fans are coated in grimy dust (maybe that’s why the apartment smells like pet dander). We kept the bedroom door open but the street lights coming in through the front door windows (frosted but no curtains) completed negated the bedroom blackout curtains. There’s no set back from the street, so car noise was an issue. You could hear everything from the upstairs unit - walking, plumbing noises, etc. No one slept well. The twin bed mattresses in the second bedroom were also uncomfortable and the closet nook area was taken up by a portable air conditioner.
Kitchen: There is a nice set of dishes/glasses/bowls/cutlery, a couple of large IKEA knives, metal ladle, spatula, wine opener and a pasta server. Someone left coffee filters, thank you! Also included is a small set of Tools of the Trade pots/pans. The largest pot is 5 quarts - maybe big enough to boil a pound of spaghetti if you broke them in half. No colander, though. There is one ruined non-stick pan - useless. There’s no griddle for pancakes. There’s nothing to prep food - no mixing bowls, no measuring cups or spoons, no Pyrex, or Corningware, no spatulas, couldn't open the oven door, blocked by cabinet handle.
The bathroom didn't have many towel racks. The mirror was mounted too high

The picture does not really reflect our unit, the area around us in transition a bit rough which is not owner fault - property still needs a bit of work like grass and such,

The apartment was very cute, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location right between town and the horse-show. Property manager was responsive and accommodating and I would absolutely stay there again.

Very close to town if you chose you could walk to Main street. Our unit was unit 3, it was facing Sentinel Road on the ground floor. The apartment is a nice 2 BR 1 B and newly renovated. Everything was as the listing said. Could have used a mini soap for the bath, and noise from the apartment upstairs would be my only complaints.
