Beautiful location. Was very dusty lots of dead bugs on window sills. Couple of the sheets had what looked like blood splattered on them we washed for own comfort. The doors to the patio all stick pretty bad pain to open. Wish the safety net was up around but thats okay. Also the alarms at the doors didn’t chime so u knew the doors were opened! Definitely gets hot in there the double rooms tend to be the cool spots that back bedroom is very very hot be prepared! The pool was wonderful peaceful neighborhood layout of the house is perfect child friendly furniture loved the game closet of things to do with the kids big backyard got to see big tortoises in the backyard frogs and tons of lizards outside. I wish the grill was included in the price of the rental. Only big downfall was we lost power twice wish there was sometype of flashlights, candles emergency kit in the house. We used out flashlight on our phones for like 2 hours maybe more it was pitchblack. Pick up and return of keys was super easy!

Our stay was good. The lady in the office where you pick up the key was very nice!! Did have alot of spiders but she said she would have it sprayed. Overall good experience.

overall we enjoyed the property. Nice pool and plenty of space. The air conditioning could not keep pace with the heat. The back bedroom was the worst but none of them were very cool or comfortable. We did go buy fans to move the air around. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would definitely help

The house was perfect! The pool was so nice. House was clean and tidy. Had everything we need to enjoy our stay comfortably. Will be looking at renting again in the future. Thank you Warren.

The property is within 30 minutes of a half dozen reasonably priced golf courses. The house has four nice bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, and a lanai with plenty of relaxing space.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It was clean and exactly as described. The pool was amazing as well. We will definitely be renting this house again.

My husband was all smiles when we walked into this rental. He repeatedly praised my decision on the choice. 4 bedrooms - a King (what we have at home and much appreciated), Queen and 4 twin beds. Split floor plan offered privacy to the master bedroom. The main living room couch was so comfy I fell asleep reading a book. We watched a little TV through the Roku (instructions provided) and watched some Netflix and Amazon Prime through our personal accounts on the provided devices. The pool was used daily by our party and extended family in the area that came to visit. Enough dishwasher pellets and trash bags were provided to get us started. A quick stop at the local grocery and we were comfortable for our entire stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Over all a good stay. Beds are VERY firm. Could use cookie sheets/pizza pan in kitchen. Nice pool area. Air conditioning doesn’t keep up ceiling fans would help out tremendously.
10.0 / 10.0
We had a good time. There was something to do in a hour ride. I loved the springs. The pool had a little to much chlorine, but that didn't stop us from swimming. I loved that it was covered. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was as described. It continues to need some minor updates, but it also appeared the Warren was in the process of upgrades. We enjoyed the new stove, washer and dishwasher. The living room look like it had recently received a new coat of paint. The management company was very accommodating to our needs and quick response to the repair requests
We would strongly consider staying at this property again.

We chose this house because it was close to the Withloochoochee trail and we could easily hop on the trail and bike daily. The house was large, clean, and has a wonderful pool with several patio chairs and table. The community mgt left us a great "care package" and were very attentive to our needs. If you like golf, this is the perfect spot! Several courses in the area. We will try to return next year.

Very disappointed with the owner. If you rent this home, recommend that you only rent week by week. We rented for from January 17 to March 31st. We were unable to stay until March 31st. We advised the owner on January 19th - that we had no problem paying for 30 days - but would like to modify the reservation and be refunded for the month of March. The owner would not compromise and does not answer our phone calls or emails. Do not recommend this property or this owner.

The Villa was excellent with very good facilities, the preparation and presentation not to be faulted. It would have been nice to have access to the garage especially during wet returns and a bbq for use.
Unfortunately the resort is looking very tired, the golf course and clubhouse need improving and was in very poor condition. Th retaurant was very good. The 'free golf' was not the bargain expected as we often found better prices on web sites.
I would recommend the Villa to those wanting a quiet base but within reasonable driving distance to Orlando and the Gulf. The local golf is very good with Skyview and Juliette falls the best of local courses. Recommend Pine Barrens as a must play experience.
10.0 / 10.0
The house and surroundings was just as described and expected. Both Lakeside and Citrus Springs golf course was in really bad shape, so we recommend to go to Skyview or Juliette Falls as they both are in great shape and really nice courses. For the summer and low season the deal with "free" green fee and pay for the buggies is really not that good a deal. We got better prices using Golfnow.
During our 4 week stay we took a three day trip down to Palm Beach and over Evergreens to Fort Myers, and a later two day trip to Cocoa Beach and up to Daytona Beach. There are wonderful golf courses everywhere in Florida, so we squeezed in a round at all the places we went to.
We would not hesitate to recommend a stay in this really nice house at Lakeside. Great to have your own pool what temperature reaches 98. If we ever go back to Citrus County we most likely will rent here again. Thanks for the hospitality goes to the owner and the resort desk.

Villa has two nice double bed rooms with comfortable king-size bed. On with its own bath.
The two other bed rooms have two small beds and they share two bath rooms with the second big double bed room.
There is a lot of space in a living room with a big lounge a smaller corner with a couch and table and a large breakfast room.
Also the outdoor pool is a nice place to stay. With tables and chairs.
The white goods work perfect. All is there what you need for a three week journey.
The free welcome package helps you to start the first day of your holyday and the receptionist at the lakeside country club is very helpful.

We had a great stay in this Villa. Not only the villa (all the space, bathrooms, good kichen - maybe some more investment in good pans? - etc.) but also the combination with the beautiful golf courses in and around Inverness made our stay perfect. Ofcourse the weather contributed to this. Terrific supermarket at a 5 miniute drive by the way (Publix).
10.0 / 10.0
Four people stayed in this villa for 1 week and we had a fantastic time. The villa was spotless, everything was provided and the owner was extremely helpful in dealing with any queries before we left the UK. Although there were only 4 of us, the villa would easily accomodate 8 people comfortably (and 10 if the lounge was used!). The villa has access to 4 golf courses and we played golf everyday. We only played 2 of the courses which were of a very good standard, so good in fact that we did not feel the need to drive further afield to try the remaining 2 courses. Green fees were free and we only had to pay for the ride on golf cart which came to $17.00 per person a day. We found an excellent restaurant in the nearby town of Inverness called McCloud's. I would certainly recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in beautiful part of Florida.
10.0 / 10.0
Very clean and well equipped villa. The interior is nicely decorated with blue and white colors. Comfortable seating, wifi, well equipped kitchen, spacious pool area, garage. At arrival we found the villa very clean and everything was in working order. The day before our arrival the owner send us even some tips, communications with the owner was smooth and very cooperative.
All and all highly recommended. The only thing what needs to to be taken care of is the mattress in the master bedroom, it has seen better times and needs replacement. In the surroundings the Homosassa park is very nice and this also account for the beach close by. For shopping go to Orlando it is magnificent. Restaurants in neighborhood are mostly fast-food so we ate mostly in the villa. A supermarket is very close by. Golfing is very relaxed in comparison with Europe.
Highly recommended and we would certainly come back to this villa in the near future.

Stayed at this villa during the first week in November 2009.
Our party consisted of 4 fortysomething males on our annual golfing holiday.
From our initial dealings with the owner, to the lead up to the holiday and the holiday itself everything was superb.
We arrived around midnight and the arrangements made for picking up the keys worked well. The villa is very spacious and well appointed it is in a very quiet part of the estate.
We played the 4 courses and enjoyed them all. Each presented a different challenge and would suit golfers of all levels. Also found the staff at the courses to be very friendly and interested to spend time with us as we had come all the way from Scotland to play at their course.
No complaints at all except that one week was not ling enough.
Hopeful of returning in 2010,
