I have just returned from a sunny week in Paphos and can only describe the stay as amazing. The villa owner Karolos was brilliant from start to finish, he arranged transfers, minibuses, took my husband to the local butcher, took some of our group to buy wine and beer on our arrival night, honestly this lovely man can not do enough for you, even recommending and booking the best restaurant for a surprise engagement dinner.
The villa itself is great with beautiful views (especially at night) and a lovely pool with spa jets. There were 17 in our group and we had enough room for all. I celebrated my 30th birthday whilst here and had the best time, Karolos was not at all worried about us making a mess and encouraged us to enjoy ourselves.
Although the villa is set upon a steep hill this is not a problem as taxis are frequent and the local supermarkets and butcher will drive you home if you do your shopping with them. The walk to the local shop and bars is about 10/15 minutes downhill.
This was our first time to Paphos as well as to the villa and I can definitely say we will be returning. The locals are so friendly, warm and accommodating and the area is spectacularly beautiful. Only good things to say and highly recommend a visit here.
Can't wait to return!

Fantastic, we hired this villa and the one next door for our wedding and was perfect. The view from this villa is outstanding and to wake up to it every morning was a dream. We had all age groups from 3yrs right up to 70yrs and everyone enjoyed their time. It is lovely and peaceful but not to far from the coral bay strip of bars, shops and restaurants (10 euros by taxi) or there was a small strip of taverna's within walking distance in Peyia town (although the hill to the villa is very steep and would recommend car hire). The owners are great, they are around if you ever need them and will go above and beyond any other owner or hotel worker I have ever known and the nicest people you will ever. facilities with WIFI and huge amount of bathrooms, pool table, darts, sauna and the BBQ you could if you wanted spend the whole week in the Villa. Like the title states we had such a great time we are going back in May.

Beautiful Villa with amazing views, made only better by excellent service where nothing was to much for the owner.
The pictures don't do the villa justice, we had 8 adults and 7 children and it still felt spacious and comfortable. We had our wedding party there and it was brilliant. Thank you ever so much. See you again next year!!

Recently returned from a 10 stay at this villa
It was everything that we could have asked
for and more . It's a very spacious villa with
everything you would need in a self catering
Villa. The location is a in a beautiful setting
With amazing views , it is up a steep hill which
Is hard work but the local taxis firm were great
We all really enjoyed our stay here and
Would defiantly recommend the villa .
We were a large party ages ranging from
50s to 5 years old. The owner was very welcoming
and was available anytime if we needed anything.

This is a lovely villa. Perfect for what we needed, a group of 16. The hill leading up to it is hard work though! Nothing is too much trouble for the owner, he is very quick to sort any issues you may have. The restaurant behind the villa further up the hill ("Green Hill") is the closest and the food is fab. We didn't discover this place until our last night, sadly :( Also Savvas Grill in Peyia village great food. The weather was amazing for late October, scorching every day, little bit of a nip in the air by 10pm. Struggled a little re: hot water for 16 people at first but this did get better... Definitely recommend this villa also car hire a good idea as taxis can work out a bit expensive... An information pack would be helpful, located in the villa, for information regarding bars/supermarkets/pharmacies - opening times, buses etc. Would just mention that there was a weird smell outside for a while that comes and goes, sort of sewage? However this became less as the week went on and seemed to be below the hill. This came and went but did not spoil the holiday. Lovely villa, everything we needed, very helpful owner, we had a great time, thank you!!! :)
