This magnificent Colorado vacation retreat is situated on the pristine banks of the Pinon Lake Reservoir on 18,000 acres just west of Pagosa Springs. With the famed Rocky Mountains as the backdrop, this is a year-round destination with winter skiing, summer golf, lakeside fishing, horseback riding and hiking.

The property features tastefully updated guest rooms and spacious vacation townhomes, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including full or partial kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, private balcony and cozy fireplaces in select rooms. Check in was super easy. Ask for the wrist band key so you don’t have to carry a card around to get back in the room. The room was much better than the pictures. You don’t know exactly which section you will stay in until you get there. They are all redone or in the process of getting redone. There is so much to do on location. In town make sure you stop by the visitor center. They are super helpful and have coupons. Ask questions they will tell you about the falls you can see from the road or ones you can off road or hike to. You won’t need sheets, towels, beach towels, Dishwashing liquid, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, paper towels, cooking utensils, pots, containers with lids, toaster, blender, coffee pot, refrigerator/freezer, it literally has everything. If you need more of anything just ask. The fishing is amazing. It cost $45 for a week to fish and worth it. Buy a blow up boat/raft at Walmart for $50 and enjoy the many lakes available. Ask about the ones that aren’t near by because quite a few are apart of the $45 charge. Enjoy!

The stay was great, and for the price point, pretty incredible. My family of 4 stayed comfortably and enjoyed our time there. Everything we needed was in the place. So glad we found this gem!

Great location and awesome room with a view. Room was dated but that's ok, short quick 3 night stay with awesome amenities, view, furnace, upgraded to a spacious 2/2 suite.

The property was really nice, everything was modern and clean. Location was perfect for our agenda. The price was the best part. Extremely reasonable. The main office staff were over and above friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back

We were VERY pleased with our stay here. The unit we stayed in had been newly renovated and everything was like new. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a king size and super comfortable. Had a tv in the living room and also in the bedroom, which was very nice. It also had a washer and dryer. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. We would highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay . Once I walked in the place was just perfect for my spouse and I . The view of the lake and mountains. The crisp air. The wild life. Deer , ducks , birds chirping. All of it was just picture perfect. Such a great experience. Thank you 🙏

Loved the place. This was the third time we have stayed at this property. I would have given 5 stars, but check in was delayed 1 1/2 hours as unit was not ready. After traveling all day we were ready for some R&R.

Property was older, so a few maintenance things needed done, ie: bathroom door not easy to close, refrigerator noisy. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful area. Would definitely stay at this facility again.

Very nice newly renovated 1 bedroom condo-nicer than expected. Convenient location. Staff was pleasant and maintenance was quick to respond when a gas smell was detected. It was determined the sump pump needed to be run. The only complaint was the pump was noisy at night.

Not truly on a cul de sac, House actually face a busy street which carries a lot of traffic. Good house for family of four, more occupants makes the house very inconvenient. Lake access is not just across street. Not good value for the rent charged.

Don't let the pictures fool you, it really needs to be updated. The room is clean, updated and very comfortable. We were lucky to see a fox right outside our den window and a doe and fawn as well. Staff was great. Location is very convenient as well.

We were pleasantly surprised with the corner location, newly remodeled, very clean and spaciousness both inside and on the deck! We enjoyed using the recreation center pool and closeness of stores, gas stations and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use and the resort would run anything over that we needed! My only recommendation would be to provide bedding for the pullout couch as we discovered there wasn't any after the resort office closed. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return if we are in the area again!

On short notice decided to drive to Colorado with my son to take advantage of the exceptional Spring season snow at Wolf Creek. Found this amazing and affordable gem in Pagosa Springs and decided it was a done deal. Great location and property.....will definitely return for future trips! Thank You!
