This property was just as advertised. The Westin Staff was wonderful. From the Villa to all amenities, all were 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at the studio apartment. It was nice to have a kitchenette. It was close to everything and very comfortable. Would stay again!

we got a GREAT deal booking through vrbo and enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel. This is the first time we've tried this and it's absolutely the way to go!

We don’t require a lot as far as being catered too. Everything was great from the front desk, housekeepers, pool employees, bar employees, and the drIvers. The highlight was Timmy and the bingo, he’s a gem. The only negative is the speed and service at Snorkels, instead of requiring the waitress to keep the floor clear just have one busboy and one waitress, preferably young and energetic. It just seems like the wait staff is a sign of our times. The staff where I work is the same too, a bit entitled, a bit lethargic, like millennials everywhere. That’s my two cents. So 90% happy I guess. Good luck

Harri was very communicative and you are treated as valued guest of the Westin. Easy transportation to local beaches. Westin van and ferry service from STT airport to resort makes for a convenient and relaxing travel experience.

Had an amazing time at the Westin. Conveniently located, clean and lovely staff. The resort is not totally back to pre-Irma but the basics are there. Pool, pool bar, snorkel restaurant and beach. Wish the extra amenities had been available but still had a great stay. Our room was spacious and practically brand new. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in the 2BDR townhouse in January, 2016. The villa was clean, updated, and very spacious. A great view, too! The villa has its own pool shared with other villa residents. The villa pool area has two Viking Grills. Highly recommend renting a Jeep on St. Thomas and stopping for groceries before coming over on the car barge in Red Hook (a lot cheaper than taking the Westin shuttle). The villa has parking right outside of the unit (the villas on the other side of the property do not). Harri has a wealth of knowledge about the resort and the area and is very easy to work with. He responds to emails in a very timely fashion. Can't wait to return! Thanks, Harri!

My family of six stayed in the 2BDR townhouse in February 2015. The villa was clean, well-appointed, and in good condition. Harri ensured that we had all that we needed. The kitchen had all of the amenities one would expect in a full kitchen. The villa is on the top of large hill. The Westin provides golf cart rides whenever one calls the front desk, but we chose to walk up and down regularly. The villa has its own pool shared with other villa residents. The larger, main pool is beautiful, but we spent more time at the villa pool given the proximity and privacy. The villa pool area has two excellent Viking Grills so we BBQ'd almost every night. This is one of the most beautiful Westin properties I have seen. St. John has amazing beaches. Renting a jeep is not required, but we highly recommend it. The beach at the Westin is small and not very pretty by St. John standards. Rent a jeep and explore. There are taxis but it is more economical to rent a jeep if you have 4+ travelers (much more flexible too). The biggest complaint about the villa was the pullout bed on the first floor: not too comfortable. This is a minor ding on a great villa. We want to come back to the same place next year.

The Westin and this condo are top-notch. The condo is exactly as it appears. It is like new, beautiful, clean, and a great view. The rental process was very easy and the Westin wisked us away as soon as our ferry landed and treated us like kings the entire trip. The views from this hilltop condo were worth the walk, but there were plenty of golf carts that were always available to shuttle you up the hill if you choose not to walk. There was always a taxi at your disposal to take you to the city of Cruz Bay or anywhere on the island. We did excursions through Cruz Bay Watersports on 3 of our days - touring the BVI's and riding Jet Ski's. The owner, Harri, had everything ready for us when we arrived. We just gave our name at the airport Westin check-in center and they did everything for us from there on and personally delivered us to our condo door, with Rum Punch!
I can't say enough good things about this condo, the Westin, and Cruz Bay Watersports. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit St. John again.
