"Big Blue" is an exceptional ocean view vacation rental situated at 525 Ocean Drive in North Topsail Beach, NC, boasting unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. This luxurious retreat features a private pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days while enjoying the coastal breeze. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the convenience provided by the elevator, ensuring easy access to each level of this spacious beachside oasis. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the expansive deck, taking a dip in the pool, or simply unwinding in the comfort of the beautifully appointed interiors, "Big Blue" offers the ultimate combination of luxury and relaxation for your coastal escape. Pool is open seasonally approximately May 1 to September 30.

WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.

House was in a great location with amazing ocean views from all levels. Spacious rooms/bathrooms with large family/kitchen area. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and the elevator was great as the house is 4 floors!

While there were minor things that would have made our stay completely perfect this house was beautiful, great for our big family, and the location on the beach you cannot beat!

This was a perfect property with beautiful ocean views. Beach access was directly across the street, which made life easy, especially with young children. Everything about the house worked perfectly for us, with enough space for everyone. The only downside was having to pay extra for linens and then having to make our own beds. Otherwise, management was very responsive, check in / out was easy!

It was a lovely property as advertised. As a condition of check-out, all dishes are to be washed, dried, and put away; seems like the property would come with dishwasher cleanser, since this is a requirement of the guests. Also, having only x1 dish rag & dish towel is not sufficient for a house that can accommodate x10 people. The house itself was amazing with unbeatable views. The elevator was what allowed my somewhat disable Mother to join us.

House was beautiful, plenty of room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Elevator was a pleasant bonus. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool was great. Definitely a great place to stay

Times are different for check in online versus property management. The house was beautiful, along with the views. VRBO and property manager are not on the same page.
