I booked a seven-bedroom and only got a four-bedroom; the staff and the VRRO host took over half our trip to get things corrected, so I only got suitable accommodations for two nights of my five-night stay. Then, for the days I had to stay in the four, i never got reimbursed for thier mix up so two of the guest had to sleep in uncomfortable situation. They refused to give me a refund of the difference in price for the 4 verus the 7.
