Alcudia Sea

Beautiful penthouse with incomparable views of the most beautiful beach in the north.
It is located on the first line of the beach of the port of Alcúdia with fine white sand.
The apartment has a capacity of 3 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, both have air conditioning.

The living - dining area is open to the kitchen and is equipped with satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The veranda has an access to a private sun terrace with spectacular views and comfortable sofas to relax in the sea breeze.

Guests can use the communal pool and a playground opposite the beach.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the port, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and taxi stops.

Alcudia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is an ecotourism community with a great variety of landscapes and 30 km of coastline.
There are beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as rocky beaches and small bays of impressive beauty.
Ideal for all nature lovers, here you can make extensive hiking routes and long walks.
Alcudia is a medieval city surrounded by an ancient city wall. Just a few meters from the old town,
a cultural tour to the Roman settlement of Pollentia, foundet 123 BC, begins right next to the church "St. Jaume".
It leads to the most interesting places of the remains of the Roman culture that are currently still existing

Great apartment, very well equipped. Modern, yet cosy and very bright. (if you are a light sensitive sleeper make sure to bring a sleeping mask) Easy access by elevator and a few steps. Kitchen has all the equipment you need. Nice livingroom and a lovely balcony with access to the real gem - the roof top terrace. Amazing views of the Port and beach. Comfortable beds, and very well functioning AC in the master bedroom (also thru out the other rooms) Very nice and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walking distance to everything you need. stores, beach, pool, sea, restaurants ++++ Despite being so central the place is well sound proofed and totally quiet. I fully recommend this place and will definately consider staying here again when returning to Alcudia. :)

Fabulous apartment and the location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. The roof terrace offers exceptional views but we couldn’t really use it with small children. We’d certainly recommend!

A fabulous apartment with fantastic views of the white sand beach and azure sea. So central but still peaceful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The spiral staircase for the roof terrace is probably too much for a childif you have mobility issues as you have to be careful on the spiral staircase. The view from the terrace is amazing and in the evening/night it is breezy and there are great views of the port lights. The apartment is comfy and well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic location. Beautiful terrace on the roof. The apartment is spacious and clean. We really liked it here and we definitely recommend it. Just two little things. It would be good to adjust the sockets in the apartment. Some are completely missing and some fall out. And the mattress in the bedroom would also be worth replacing. Otherwise, everything was great.

Super nice and cosy appartment with rooftop terasse - view to the beach from beedroom, livingroom, terrasse and rooftop terasse. Sun all hours of the day from the rooftop! Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Very nice and helpful retning bureau and easy contact. Key pickup from a box close by, so super easy. The only improvement could be to get a double bed and single covers for the master bedroom instead of the 1,5 person bed and double covers as it is now. It is a bit narrow for two adults used to more space :-)

The apartment was lovely and was exactly like the description said it was. It was located right across from the beach with a beautiful balcony and rooftop terrace. It was very clean, bright, and a joy to stay in. We had lovely meals sitting on the balcony. The host was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay here again!

Selbst an Heiligabend hat die Gastgeberin dafür gesorgt, dass die Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht und der Fernseher repariert worden ist! Klasse! Die direkte Strandlage mit dem Sonnendeck hat was besonderes !

Die Wohnung war einfach wunderschön. Modern und hell eingerichtet. Sehr sauber alles. Wir fanden toll, dass es mit den Kissen und Decken richtig gemütlich war. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man kann Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichen und hat es sehr nah zum Strand. Es gibt viele Joggingstrecken, die wir reichlich genutzt haben. Auch geocachen war reichlich möglich. In den Orten rund herum gab es einige Labcaches, die uns geholfen haben, die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

This apartment is really beautiful, stunning views , tastefully decorated , very well equipped and stocked with some lovely touches. Location is so central . Checkin was straightforward and communication excellent. Would love to revisit.

Le logement de Mariana est tout simplement superbe : agencement, vue, équipements, emplacement. Le plancher en bois est un vrai plus pour marcher pieds nus, surtout l'hiver ! La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et les commerces sont vraiment situés à deux pas. Mariana est très réactive, elle répond à vos sollicitations efficacement et très rapidement. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Félicitations à elle pour son logement, nous n'avons pas trouvés mieux depuis que nous voyageons depuis 2017.
