We thoroughly enjoyed the Breakfast Beach Inn. Location is superb. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of amenities to entertain on a rainy day.

The property worked out perfectly for this milestone birthday celebration. Can’t say enough about this house, it’s clean and well appointed, room to gather or spend time alone to reflect. Location is easy access to downtown Beulah. Enjoyed beautiful views of the lake while drinking morning coffee and watching evening sunsets.
The entire rental process went smoothly, great communication from the management company (Katy) throughout!

Beautiful property in a great location. Lots of fun things to do within short driving distances, and some tasty restaurants that were nearby.

A perfect place to stay with friends or a group when doing the Northern Michigan golf loop. Well situated for quick access to all of Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Downs and the Kingsley Club and only 40 minutes from Traverse City airport. Beautiful lake views. The property was cottage chic and exactly as billed. Katy the host was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

I rented this charming Beulah home for my Mom's 70th birthday party/family reunion and it was so perfect. Everyone absolutely loved the home and its location. Proximity to Downtown Frankfort and Beulah, Crystal Lake and its public beach, fulfilled all the grocery, fun and leisure we could ask for. We stayed there for Labor Day weekend and watched Beulah's Cold Creek Bridge Walk which was comedic and just the cherry on top. My only complaint would be the egregious "cleaning" fees or additional (hidden) fees that appear upon checking out. I realize that STR's are notorious for this but that does not make it right. Anyways, great stay otherwise.

This house worked out perfectly for our vacation getaway with 17 family members. House is beautiful. Very quaint and tastefully decorated.
Ample space for everyone. Bedrooms were all very nice and each having their own bathroom was a big hit. House is equipped with all amenities needed. Gourmet kitchen is outstanding. House is perfectly located in downtown Beulah with ample parking, easy access to the beach, easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Best of all was the large outdoor porch for relaxing and watching beautiful Crystal Lake sunsets. Would highly recommend this vacation house for any large family gathering.

We had a group of 13 stay at this beautiful property! It’s a great location with easy access to the public beach. Katy, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond! When we needed something, she had someone drop it off same day for us.

Seventeen friends spent a weekend in this fabulous property. Plenty of room, great kitchen and living spaces, and lots of sleeping room. We loved that we could walk to L'Chayim Deli for breakfast, Hungry Tummy Corner pub for pizza and drinks, and Five Shores Brewery for dinner and drinks. The lake view was great and access to the trail along the lake made for a great morning walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Beulah Beach celebrating a milestone birthday. It was a multi generational group with 8 children and 12 adults. The accommodations were incredibly clean and very comfortable. Wonderful kitchen space for cooking and gathering, music, games and access to the beach (even in the cold weather). We enjoyed our time there and would certainly stay again!

We were in town for my brother’s wedding and rented this property for 5 nights. It was the perfect place to gather as a family and create lifelong memories. The kitchen was stocked with more things than what we possibly could use: pots, pants, baking dishes, platters, bowls, blenders, coffee pots, etc. We didn’t go without. The billiards room was a favorite gathering place for friends and family. We sat on the porch quite a bit to take in all the beautiful sun sets and sun rises. The house is very close to Crystal Lake’s public access so the kids could run back and forth as needed. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was convenient for us all getting ready for the wedding. It is also one block away from the downtown area with many neat shops and breweries.
The one thing I would say is there isn’t a ton of closet space. This is an older, beautiful home so is understandable/somewhat expected. Some rooms had armoires and hooks, but I wouldn’t plan on bringing a lot of hanging clothes.
We created so many memories in this house and will always treasure our time spent there!

Our family reunion of 17 people thoroughly enjoyed this house!! The rooms are so nice- and having a private bath for 5 rooms was ideal- felt like a small hotel, not a house where we all share bathrooms. The house is gorgeous inside and out and very clean. The host provided beach towels, a few beach chairs, toiletries, the kitchen was fully stocked paper towels, dish soap; laundry detergent, garbage bags- and host was very responsive when I sent multiple emails with questions. There is a pool table, and lots of games in the main room. We loved being on the porch watching sunsets, and playing in the crystal clear lake- we brought paddle board and kayak. We went on a kayak trip out of Glen haven and spent at day at platte river beach (where meets lake MI), didn’t even get to sleeping bear dunes because we decided to stay on Crystal Lake for a day…enjoying the house and the view. (Btw- we were concerned about the street between house and beach- but it goes one way and is only used for access to the few houses along the lakes - not many cars at all)
There’s also some nice shopping a block away in sweet town of Beulah.
The host Katy was SUPER responsive- able to help us immediately with a blown fuse and sent someone over quickly when we couldn’t release one of the bath tub plugs.
Can’t say enough about how perfect this was for 5 adult couples and handful of teens/kids, a great experience. We hope to return in 2 years for the next reunion.
