About this house rental

Welcome to our clean and spacious Sloan's Lake home. We are walkable to Sloan's Lake, Broncos Stadium, and Meow Wolf! The rental is for the basement unit in our home with 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom. We have a full kitchen, ample street parking, great location, 7 minutes to downtown Denver, 7 minute to the Highlands, 15 minutes to Golden, easy access to the mountains. Please note we do live in the unit above and there can be some sound transfer between the units. -Nick and Jen

Great location, easy in and out, clean, has all the amenities you need (just incase you forget something), nice restaurants within walking distance or a short ride, and it’s quiet. You can barley hear them upstairs

Nice basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen and great washer and dryer. Very accommodating owners. Met our requirements very well. No negatives. Coffee pot with coffee provided. When it got a bit cool, owners were very accommodating to raise the temp. Very positive experience.

Our stay was fantastic. It was so spacious and the back yard space was amazing and we utilized it several times. The owner was amazing and responded immediately when we told her the coffee pots were not functioning; She supplied us with a frenchpress which was so appreciated. The owner even offered to brew us a pot of coffee and bring it to us. We were near beautiful Sloan Lake and a great eatery and brewery. We went to both! So would recommend this lovely affordable place!!

Loved staying here for the week. My company's office is downtown and the commute was easy. Thats very hard to say with denver's traffic. The location of the property is within a decent commute to good restaurants and bars for denver. If you dont feel like driving the public transit is right there with bus stations and nearby trains. Never had a problem with finding on street parking. 10 minutes from Coors field and 3-4 minutes from mile high stadium. Loved the property!! No i didn't get paid for this endorsement lol.

Cozy apartment in neighborhood setting near park with lake and walking trails. Great location for exloring Denver stadiums and downtown. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Comfortable seating in living area. Stable wifi. Great property for a city stay with local ambiance. Recommended for couples or friend groups.

This rental was just the thing we needed for our home base while we were in Colorado. It was an easy drive to Colorado Springs and RMNP. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the 4 of us. The owner is good at answering questions promptly. I gave only 4 stars on location not due to anything lacking in the property. It was due to my general surprise at Denver, the homeless situation, the litter, etc. However, the neighborhood (Sloan Lake) and the street are cute and convenient. It's very easy to get to I25 and to CO470. I would gladly stay here again.

When booking, I trusted the reviews I saw of this place, and they definitely did NOT disappoint! My friends and I drove no more than 20 minutes to everything we put on our itinerary, and the hosts were super friendly. If you want a safe, spacious, clean, and centralized stay in Denver, this is the place for you!

This property is perfect. Clean, modern and very comfortable, with a charming back yard. The neighborhood is amazing..within a couple of blocks you have a gorgeous lake, brewery, coffee shop, and more. Hosts live upstairs, and are delightful. Can't wait to stay again.

First of all, 5 stars is the correct rating. So everything I can think of was great. But here are the few MINOR quibbles: Parking was fine except the day we had to avoid one side of the road due to street sweeping. But that only happens one day per month. And... that's about it. Location, appearance, owner response, cleanliness, etc. You name it, it was fine. (Maybe I could have done without the singing! Haha!)

Easy process. Owners live upstairs and were welcoming and helpful. We could hear them moving about upstairs but this was not a problem for us. They even invited us to join them for the Thanksgiving Day football game. Nearby park was great for our early morning walk.

Stayed here while visiting my 2 adult children. The apartment had everything we needed. Great comfy sofa with big TV for hanging out after a day in the heat. Do note that if it is hot in Denver while you're there (was in the 90's during our visit) the unit will be very cold, as the AC is controlled by the owner's home upstairs. They did try to accommodate but we still had to run the space heater whenever we were there. Very nice backyard to relax in with large sofa under a tree.

Wonderful place to stay, within 10 minutes of downtown Denver. The backyard allowed for fun social events and the house itself was very clean and cute. Would 100% come back as the boat went above and beyond and texted back quickly and was very helpful. Very vibey and makes for a great place for young adults. Also, as a female me and my girlfriends felt very safe.

Host was very generous with letting us drop off our bags earlier than check. Great location. Walking distance to train station, Walgreens, Starbucks, and so much more. There's even a cute little flower shop at the corner. I definitely would stay again.
