Tucked away discreetly, it offers a fenced-in yard and an inviting patio, seamlessly embodying the true spirit of mountain living. Located downtown guest will have easy access to literally any place in historic downtown Pagosa Springs. Downtown is a short walking distance from the front door, where you can find a movie theater, restaurants, hot springs, etc. Not down for a walk? Hop in your whip and take a quick zip downtown or travel up Putt Hill for the uptown experience where more food, drinks, shops, grocery store and amenities await.
Surrounded with likeminded persons of the peace seeking type, you're sure to feel right at home.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and backyard. Guests can enter the home using an access code to keyless entry.
Two stories, this home is spacious in its entirety without feeling open and exposed. Upstairs guests will find a large kitchen area with massive island and spacious countertop to whip up culinary masterpieces. Complete with plates, utensils, wooden spoons, spatula, whisk, measuring cups, pizza cutter, tongs, manual can opener, wine opener, strainer, mixing bowls, ninja blender, knives, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pantry, fridge, percolator, coffee maker, Tupperware, skillets, pot, Brita water pitcher, toaster and more. In the living room the vaulted ceilings combined with a cozy wood fireplace and windows 360 will allow guests to cozy up with a view anyway they turn. A cute day bar sits next to the stairs for a nice place to sit down and eat or you can belly up around the massive island.
Connected to two balconies guest will have ample outside access to fresh mountain air. A sizable tv is available for guest use and a nook for office work is provided complete with table and chair.
Downstairs guests will find two comfortable bedrooms. The master equipped with a luxurious king sized bed with walk through closet connecting through to the bathroom. You can also access the backyard through the sliding door in the master bedroom. Complete with darkening room curtains. The second bedroom is adorned with a queen sized bed closet and dresser drawers perfect for unpacking and staying a while. The two bedrooms will share the single bath.
Just inside the door on ground level guest will find the laundry room sufficiently equipped with all their laundry needs.
A cozy book nook is at the base of the stair perfect for curling up in an oversized leather lounger with footrest.
15-20 minutes of walking distance to any destination downtown or 2-minutes' drive to anywhere downtown. Uptown or "Fairfield" is just a 5-minute drive from the house.
Did you come here for good ole Wolf Creek Pass? Fasten those seatbelts and take a drive just 30-minutes to the summit of Wolf Creek Pass where we boast the most snow in Colorado and we have the luxury of our very own Ski Area.
Colorado likes to keep us on our toes, expect inclement weather and be happily surprised when that is not the case. We live at altitude which means you need to drink lots of water, altitude sickness is no joke and definitely no fun!
We like to boast the most snow in Colorado. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Expect driving in snow, walking in snow, and playing in snow. Ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)
Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.
There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler. Hike, bike, raft, kayak, paddle board, tube, or drive through our wonderous and beautiful small mountain town. We promise you won't regret your stay here in beautiful Pagosa Springs.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

The home itself was spacious and clean, the patio/porch areas were the perfect outdoor spaces to sit and relax! The fenced yard was a huge plus with dogs. The home was in the perfect location for walking into downtown and exploring. Communication from the host was 10/10 during our stay.

This property is so well appointed! They've thought of everything you might need to be comfortable. You have privacy, but can walk to town. Wake up every day to deer, too! We'll definitely stay again.

Very nice property! The only con was the mud road to access the house. The house itself was very nice and cozy.
