Outdoor enthusiasts will have no trouble filling each day with adventure, as hiking, biking, swimming, and fishing are all great ways to soak up the summer sunshine. Downtown is filled with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores when you feel like venturing out.

Located inside the Coosawattee River Resort, this vacation provides access to fantastic amenities for a nominal fee. Enjoy the pools, a fitness facility, a game room, sports courts, and a mini-golf course.

Downtime at home will be just as much fun. Step out to the furnished deck with a cold beverage as the sun dips behind towering trees. A gas grill is available for casual cookouts, and the full kitchen features a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and modern cookware.

Your crew will have plenty of space to spread out between two living areas (one on each level). Kids and adults alike can get sporty playing the basketball arcade game and miniature pool table. High-speed WiFi and TV streaming services add convenience during your stay.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
