Nice big, clean apartment but minor issues marred a perfect stay.

The apartment was very big and clean. The view from the balcony beautiful. Location is great, it is walking distance from Dolphin Quays and the Mandurah foreshore. The wi-fi was good and the TV had several subscriptions including Netflix

Communication with the owner was haphazard and confusing. No access to car park within the building so had to park in adjacent outdoor public carpark The linen and towels seem clean but had stains, cups had chips. There was only half roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and NO spares in the apartment. There was something wrong with the front door lock so you needed to hold the tumbler in to be able to remove the key. Although minor and easily fixed above were annoying.

Fantastic location beautiful apartment with a great view spacious and a great balcony

No personal things like tea coffee hair dryer extra blankets or pillows.

Our family 2 night stay was absolutely perfect, but would suggest a spare toilet roll in each of the bathrooms and a box

Absolutely loved the 3 bedroom apartment, views were sensational, secure parking for 2 cars.

Couldn’t fault the property.

We enjoyed our stay

Location was amazing. View was sensational. The apartment was spacious.

They could have provided a new cleaning sponge. The dish towels smelt and for the cost they could have provided a couple of rolls of extra length toilet paper. The frying pan needs to be replaced.

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy

Not a good way to collect the keys. Only one key for five people. Second bathroom was locked, had to call the owner to get it unlocked. No toiletries in second bathroom. No complimentary tea and coffee starter pack. No water at all on the first morning. Then no hot water, had to have cold showers for the rest of our stay. Definitely wasn’t value for money. Had family staying at the Bridge point. Their stay was 5*. We were very disappointed 😞

Exceeded expectations

The apartment was very comfortable, the view exceptional and the location unbeatable.

More instructions regarding rubbish disposal and key return at end of stay. Perhaps a little booklet with instructions.

Awesome!

The location was fantastic and the balcony was fabulous overlooking the water it was also very spacious so it instantly felt like we were on holidays ! The apartment was also lovely, very spacious and well presented.

Very good

Location was excellent, beautiful spacious apartment with stunning views and first class facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Sue and Brian were also extremely helpful and nice, went out of their way to help after I left something behind at the property after check out.

No wifi (which was known prior to booking), however for the price I would think this should be standard. Furniture/appliances all in working order and comfortable but dated.

Superb

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to restaurants and boat hire. The balcony is very large with an outstanding view.

The kitchen equipment was a little lacking. The unit has the basics such as plates, cups and glasses, but there is no salad bowl or small bowls and the kitchen knives were very blunt. Some salt and pepper would have been nice also.

Fantastic location amazing views excellent family get away.

Master bedroom master bed super comfortable. amazing views close to all restaurants and amazing swimming pool definitely comfortable will stay there again.

The property was amazing , and the views are to die for , lots of space , everything you need kitchen wise , easy access to everything lifts , and walking distance to all the restaurants and pubs , we will defiantly be back didn’t want to leave ,

Great location

Loved the location and a spacious apartment with a good kitchen and balcony view is awesome overlooking the Estuary

It could do with an upgrade of bedding linen and mattresses. The curtains in all bedrooms need to be blockout and upgraded too .. they weren’t in very good condition. A decent size coffee table in the lounge area would be good too. We felt for the nightly rate it was a tad expensive for what we got

Beautiful view

Prime location for outlook and walking out to bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment. Great shower. Very secure premises.

Interior tired, sparsely decorated, linen & towels in need of a refresh. Kitchen provisions limited. Not enough wine glasses for guests and the only cheese board was missing a leg!
