Beautiful setting, it was very quiet....but not many of the villas were occupied when we were there. There was everything that we needed (do take tea towels and washing up liquid with you)

Location is excellent . A Challenging coastal walk into Looe was fun . No phone signal which strangely doesn’t seem to matter. Very comfortable accommodation. Very clean and I will be returning.
The shower although was a big area it wasn’t very hot or powerful.

The view was amazing, the sound of the ocean and view was lovely to wake up to. Nothing else was though.
The 72 steps up to the apartment, with bags and young children.

The car park was so far away from the room, it wasn't practical to do with children, or at night because there was no lighting. Forced to park in a place where you weren't allowed for practicality and safety.
2 towels for 4 people.
Nobody told us what room we were meant to be in, or a key code. Reception was shut. No one answered the hotel resorts number. The emergency line no one answered. Got through to hoseasons who told us we didn't even have a reservation!
On first impressions the whole place looks like it needs a repaint or a good pressure wash! Doesn't look like the pictures advertised.

The property itself was lovely. No hand soap in the property though and missing small things like that.
It’s a shame the scammy car park you are forced to use with the property drags down the whole experience. Car park is empty and they clearly just make their money from fines. Do some research into the car park before you go and you’ll realise why.

Very poorly equipped (3 teaspoons and 4 of all other utensils, no dishcloth or w/up liquid. No cleaning equipment. Poorly maintained)

Location.
First of all was given the wrong address number to property, had not received key code to get key, no one around and no signage with phone numbers.
Rang number on email many times with message's left and no reply.
Then got hold of someone was told had to go cafe/bar on beach to get key and then was told the manage had gone so could not sort the parking out and had to pay for parking when it was free any way because of the APRN cameras and did not want a fine next day.
No information in emails about going to cage/bar on beach and i had nothing about the parking and there were 3 other groups in the same boat at location.
The cabin we stayed in as well, the view was ruined with the for sale sign.

The view
The WiFi wasn’t working and said it was disconnected and the code given for other WiFi did not work, after day 2 the dishwasher was broken and there was no other way to wash up so we brought our own bits including a towel, and washing up liquid, the hot water stopped working after the second day also, and the single bed had a very odd stain on the fitted sheet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
The photos on the site were clearly a different property to what we were given.

-Kopfteil vom Bett sowie Nachttische/ Ecken sehr (!!) staubig
Ausstattung sehr schlecht(!):
-nur zwei Gabeln (für 4 Personen gebucht & 4 Betten vorhanden)
-nur 3 Wassergläser
-kein Haken für Handtücher im Bad
- keine Handseife vorhanden
- nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier !
Sonstiges:
-Betten mussten selbst abgezogen werden - bei dem Preis sollte sowas inbegriffen sein
-kein Personal! Keine Check-In Daten- keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten!!! Erst auf Nachfrage in der Strandbar in der eine Liste aushängt, erhielten wir eine Info.
-Strandabschnitt wirkt ebenfalls sehr trostlos/ nicht einladend dort baden zu gehen (entspricht nicht den Bildern !)
-insgesamt wirkt die Anlage sehr (!!) heruntergekommen - unser Apartment war von außen eins der „Schöneren“ und selbst das war sehr lieblos- nichts wie auf den Bildern!
-runtergekommen/ trostlos/ trist
-Schlüsselkasten sehr rostig, ließ sich schwer öffnen

We liked the location as it was close to a little bay where we could swim each day. Parking was easy and pretty cheap for Cornwall. Close to many fishing villages and had good access to the south coast pathways so we could walk from Millendreath to Looe and Seaton.
We weren’t provided access information for the property so couldn’t gain access on arrival. We called the ‘emergency’ number but are still waiting for someone to answer our call! We had previously messaged to ask for specific details, but again we are still waiting for someone to answer those messages.
Thankfully we were able to find someone at the bar to help us. Not ideal that we had to walk around to find help and were left unanswered.
The property is very tired compared to the pictures and could do with some maintenance work to fix the issues. Curtains hanging off broken hooks, shower doors that leak all over the floor each time you use them, stained sheets, a hairdryer so blocked with lint that we had to clean it before it would work continuously. We felt it wasn’t worth reporting any of these issues as we still hadn’t had our first contacts answered by the property.

Proximity to the beach was really good and the chalet was well laid out and had everything that you would need for a short stay. The staff at the beach cafe and water sports hire shop were lovely, helpful and all working really hard.
Some of the fittings and utensils were a bit tired and worn and a lot more could have been made of the balcony. It would have been nice to have a few more consumables, like hand soap, a couple more dishwasher tablets and a spare toilet roll.

Staff at the cafe was extremely helpful when we couldn’t use the WIFI or check in as we wasn’t given the key safe number. Easily sorted. Beds extremely comfortable, excellent value for money.
Shower drain cover came off and was quite dirty. Balcony was amazing size and views but lacks privacy when you have neighbours, some bamboo screens or something similar would have made it so much better.

The location is perfect.
If the property was a little better maintained it would have been amazing. It was very dirty. Beds u comfortable. Blind in kids room broken, just lacked some love and attention. Other than that it’s perfect

A nice quiet location in the beach. The apartment was clean, and fairly modern inside.

The shower wasn’t great, it worked well but it wasn’t very powerful. The Wi-Fi is our unit didn’t work, but after emailing we were provided with other Wi-Fi’s we could use. There were not really any staff on site apart from a maintenance man. We didn’t get any communication on how to check in, we had to ask in the beach bar and thankfully they had our code to get our key from the safe box.

We had a lovely stay and was on the whole happy with the accommodation. The property was well equipped, bright and airy. Generally, the property was clean, with just a little dust on ledges
The bed very comfortable and we both slept well.

There was an odd stale drain smell in the bathroom that seemed to come from the shower that was a little off putting, though the smell wasn’t so noticeable whist showering.
There was areas of the accommodation that is a little tired.
However, we ended the stay on a low. The instructions tell you that at the end of the stay you must strip the bed. Unfortunately, when I did this I found unpleasant stains on the mattress protector.
If this is the requirement, the very least the housekeeping staff can do is ensure the mattress cover is clean. It is for this reason that we scored the cleanliness so low.

Amazing place gor a family break get wee bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk and right on the beach but the parking can be a bit of a pain u have to park in the carpark not outside the apartment great location

The apartment (no 60) was very clean, warm and had everything we needed. They even put the heating on for us.
Brilliant. We would definitely recomend this.
The internet went off and the TV only had a few channels available. Maybe an instruction booklet should ne provided.

A nice quiet and almost secluded location.
We got a nice clear evening and I have never seen so many stars in the sky, that mixed with the sound of the waves crashing off the rocks was an absolute pleasure to my ears.
The shower was very low in pressure (this is being really picky though) it worked fine I just prefer a strong shower that is all.

the location was lovely , we love Millendreath as a location.
i must say, it was disgusting! we had blood on our pillows … we only found this due too having to strip our own beds ..
the dishwasher was leaking everytime you put it on.
The shower has mould in and general hygiene around there was not up to standard.

i totally understand it was a very small costing place, but general hygiene should he there.
also - we were provided 4 towels (one each family of 4) but nowhere to wash the towels provided. meaning we had to use the same dirty towel for 5 days … lack of facilities inside the accomodation.
