Cute and comfortable apartment with a kind and responsive host. 10/10

Enjoyed our stay here so much. Such a cute space and in a great location. Everything was clean and there were plenty of little amenities that added to our comfort (white noise machines in all the rooms, cute balcony area). The host was also super responsive when I had questions which is always a plus. Flexible and let us check out a little later when our travel plans changed for the day.

The lockbox for the keys to get in was kind of tricky but mostly just bc it was so cold out the lock was freezing.

Nice stay,

Conveniently located in Lincoln Park, not far from Wicker Park and Logan Square. Nice beds, clean and charming.

No complaints aside from the Red Line being directly behind the building. They accommodated with ear plugs and we were fine.

It was great, I will consider staying there when I return with my family.

Everything was great, clean, plenty of room.

We thought there should be a few rugs on the hardwood floors, especially near the entrance, to take off our wet shoes.

Exceptional

We loved our stay at Lincoln Park Gem, the check in was super easy, the location is great, with a lot of nice restaurants, and a quick train ride to downtown. The place is cute, clean and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't love is the sound of the train going near the back room, but it is part of the big city charm.

only one wash cloth But it holds up to 6 guest. second barely no dishes to cook with . the snacks was ate up literally only corners left. no cork screw for the wine That was the craziest part.

very comfortable for a short stay and in a good local area to walk and look around

it was very spacious for an apartment style the only down side it wasn’t personal parking and we had to park on the street the space had a modern decor and I loved how comfortable and homey it felt

No tv except in the main living room No private parking spaces constant train in the middle of the night kept us up until we fell asleep

This place is large and was a great value. We stayed for a week while looking for longer-term housing, and this place was warm and felt like home. The beds are comfortable, and the house is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is walkable, and there are many shops and restaurants close by, making grabbing groceries quite easy. While the train is close by, we slept very well, and it did not impact us in any way, as the host has provided sound machines and earplugs (which we didn'tneed to use). I worked online and had multiple meetings from the back room and had no concerns with sound. The internet was great and very fast. Being on the ground floor was no issue for us, Lincoln Park is a safe and family-friendly neighborhood, and as parents with a 7 year old, we felt safe and secure in the home. There are also 2 doors that lock at the back and three that you can lock at the front. It is a secure home.

Very noisy,ground floor so not safe, far away from the center,

BE CAREFUL : this place is a GROUND floor in Chicago and it’s not written. Some doors are barely cloosing and we didn’t feel safe. And very Important : trains are so close from the apartment that we couldn’t sleep at all. A train every 10mn at night and every 5 mn all day from 6am. This important information is not mentioned so be careful. The owner didn’t want to refund any of the nights we lost ( we left after 1 night). Very bad experience. We lost 800$.

Great location in a nice neighborhood perfect for a trip to Chicago.

The location was phenomenal; right in between two L lines. The apartment was clean and comfortable and easy to access. The host was communicative and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment for six

Huge apartment for the money, and the entire place was as advertised. Owner answers questions quickly and even provided beverages in the fridge as well as some snacks. Location was a bit far from the centre of the city but there is nearby public transport which goes there. There are many food places and convenience stores nearby, and the neighbourhood feels safe and pleasant.

There's a subway train line which runs just a few yards behind the apartment and it could get a little noisy for those who are sensitive, but the owner does provide earplugs.
