About this apartment rental

Split across charming villas, standing shoulder to shoulder in a stately display of authentic Tuscan architecture, this home is perfect for large groups. It's nestled at the foothills of the Florentine Mountains, just eleven minutes from the charming town of Reggello and a forty-minute drive from the cities of Florence and Arezzo. Here, you're surrounded by endless pastures of vineyards and olive groves and encouraged to unwind in all its glory. Take it all in from the balcony, sipping espresso after a restful slumber with spectacular views. Vast in grounds and amenities, including a swimming pool and tennis court, the lush landscaped garden offers a lovely spot for soaking up the Tuscan sunshine. Inside, it's a timeless canvas of rich earthy tones and rustic charm. Think terracotta-tiled floors, majestic timber beams clung to high ceilings and a series of sweeping archways, creating a free-flowing living space primed for relaxation. Large windows usher in floods of sunlight, and we love the antique decor, from elegant chandeliers to solid wood furnishings and Renaissance artwork. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay *This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift *This home is comprised of two self-contained villas – the main villa has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, while the adjoining annexe has a double bedroom and a single bedroom *There's a dedicated office here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay *You'll need to bring your own toiletries and hairdryer with you to use during your stay *The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times *The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 30th September
