Lovely central quiet apartment

Lovely spacious duplex apartment in a great location. It was very quiet too.

There were a few maintenance issues that we reported and we immediately received a positive response. The bedroom is in the eaves so the headroom is a bit low beside the bed.

Very comfortable, central and convenient accommodation.

The studio apartment was very comfortable with all the necessary mod-con furnishings for a comfortable self-catering stay. Really appreciated the modern facilities and large open space (and high ceilings) despite it being a studio. Bed was comfortable and because there was not very many studios within the building itself, we didn't receive too much noise or disruption from other occupants.

The loud and disruptive sounds outside the window every morning we were there owing to the maintenance of a building opposite, which unfortunately can't be helped. It is very central and right in town so some noise was expected.

Absolutely smashing place to stay...and staff are ace too

I couldnt say one wrong thing about the sun st apartments. The location is great the place its self is spotless.great texting about room being ready earlier than should have been...it was just a fab stay. Would defo go here again and took our friends who loved it too

Quaint, stylish, comfy.

I loved the top floor loft, it gave a sense of comfort and relaxation.

The TV upstairs would not connect to the wifi as the wifi provided required a pop up (in order to fill in the password), and unfortunately pop ups were not supported on the tv. Not a huge deal as the tv downstairs worked.

Perfect for a short stay.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the pedestrian mall. Staff were very friendly and dropped in every few days to see if I needed anything. Very roomy and comfortable bed. Great wifi (had to sign in again every 24hrs).

The exhaust fan above the stove didn't work so I was reluctant to cook too much. The cooking utensils were limited. There was construction across the road so it was very loud at certain times.

Comfortable studio in great location

Fantastic location. Well equipped and comfortable studio. Good communication from the owners throughout.

It was hard to reach the cord to alter the blinds.(I'm quite short.)

Location was absolutely perfect- in the heart of the city but so quiet it didn’t feel like it. Apartment was stunning, so clean and gorgeous- I’ve taken notes for my flat!! Could not fault anything :)

Ideal central stay

Think we may have been upgraded free of charge, enjoyed the more spacious studio. Excellent location and had all the facilities we needed, including complementary biscuits/tea/coffee

Awesome- staff extremely accommodating. arrived a little early but i was welcomed

Very clean and modern, lots of storage space

I was in the attic space so the ceilings were low. The desk didn’t have a dedicated power outlet.

Exceptional

Located about 12 mins from station in middle of old town. But secluded from Main Street. In a historic building sympathetically designed for apartments. Good size. Easy to find. Easy to access - owners send details to open door, which is very clear. We’ll appointed bathroom of a good size and nice big power shower. Room was made up during the day. Big bed. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchenette I didn’t use, but looked good. Overall very good.

This place was a stunner, everything was absolutely fantastic, comfortable, modern and beautiful inside with everything you need. There is a hob, a microwave, iron, fridge/freezer. Bed was comfortable. Located in a beautiful and quiet street with a cute little square and cafes. The building itself if a very well presented old house. View from the window is a great instragram photo. It is 5 minutes walk to the station, 2 minutes to the castle and right in the city centre with shops and restaurants. Tesco is 5 minutes walk. I definitely recommend and will be back. With my clients.

Maybe have a plug in the bathroom, there are plenty in the bedroom but I prefer to dry my hair in the bathroom. 😊

Great location, great facilities, super comfy and it was quiet too. There's no parking on site, but parking options are really close and the train station is very nearby too. All walkable.

Perfectly met our needs and great value for money.

The location was great - close to the city centre with easy access to nice bars and cafes. The rooms were great and modern, with comfortable beds.

The door and lock on Room 3 were old and needed upgrading.

Being centrally located You do get traffic noise from the A6.

Nice flat in the centre of Lancaster, opposite the Landmark Trust Music Room.

Very good location. It's very good that there is always someone available (reachable by the phone number provided) in case there is a problem with checking in at any time of day or night.

Everything was fine. There was an error in the check in information but it was quickly resolved with the help of the administrator who is available at all hours.

Outstanding accommodation in historical area of Lancaster

I stayed in room 10, the facilities were fantastic, the living area was separate to the bedroom which I loved, felt like I was in a flat. Everything was outstanding from start to finish.

Looks newly refurbished. Period house with modern interior.

Everything was fine although there was no electric shaver socket in the bathroom which was just a minor thing.
