В отное все понравилось, отличный персонал и чистый номер. Завтраки также были вкусными, но лучше бы кофе делали из кофе

Отличный приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки. Чистый номер.

Все супер, единственное находится довольно далековато от центра, но на такси или метро можно быстро добраться.

A Hidden Gem 💎

The staff was so nice they even upgraded my room to suite one. The money value is excellent.

The location is a bit far from everything but I was happy with it because it's nearer to the airport than other hotel.

Wonderful and pleasant stay. Nice hotel

Thr property is quite clean and the environment is quite calm and clean together with a very friendly staff. You would not have any problem with their support. Very attentive manager and staff. I would advice the hotel to the guests

Service worthy of 4 stars.

The staff were very friendly, they tried to clear up every detail so that there would be no disagreements. Prices are low. They handled my wrong room selection without any problems and without any additional payment. I would like to thank the receptionist ladies very much. The internet connection is very fast, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the bathroom and hot tub are very comfortable and clean.

Maybe it would be a good idea to change the TVs to smart models in the rooms.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

La chambre était grande, bien équipée même si les rideaux et la moquette etaient dans les tons marrons, donc ambiance pas très chaleureuse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner. A mi route entre l´aeroport et Bakou, bien situé si l´on arrive en fin de journee et que l´on ne veut pas commencer son voyage par Bakou.

La chambre donnait sur un terrain de foot, vu d´en haut.

I don't recommend this hotel for allergic people who do not like cigarete sme. Choose another hotel.

I asked a Non Smoking Room when I had booked this hotel. Hotel answered and confirmed Non-Smoking Room. In fact my room has a smell of cigarates and ashs. Strange.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, really nice people. The room is quite big and the bed was comfortable

The noise from the street. The hotel is in front of a massive highway/avenue and cars pass at high speed through the night and you can hear the noise in the room Rooms are a bit out dated but the basics are there

Great Place to Stay when in Baku!

The staff and location are terrific. The hotel assisted in my coordinating my transfers. I highly recommend the hotel based on the location as well as staff.

Nice and comfortable big rooms, but the bathroom could use improvements.

The room was very big and nice, good comfortable bed and very nice AC.

The shower barely had any water coming out of it, a bad combination of horrible water pressure and an old shower head. No shower curtain, so when showering the whole bathroom would be filled with water.

CLEAN AND AMAZING SERVICE

The room was so clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are so generous and kind, i loved coming back to my hotel room to see that it was exceptionally cleaned with daily top up of water bottles. the breakfast buffet was so good and convenient as-well! i really loved the service - such a great hotel!

The location was slightly far from the city centre but it’s only a 8 minute bolt ride (Azerbaijani uber) away! it is still situation in a lovely part of the city, just not walking distance to the centre! the location is understandable considering the price!

Great trip to Baku

The staff can speak different languages, so if you speak Turkish, Russian or English they can help you in your language. The place is great and comfortable. The breakfast is great and tasty. Rooms are heated and air conditioned

Very nice, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a good connection into the city center of Baku (approximately 15-20min away by taxi or metro). Overall great value for money! Recommended.

The rooms were not totally quiet (but somewhat noisy) - having said that, it didn't impact our stay much.

It was amazing staying there , the best part was the room was so spacious as I booked for a suite . Ans Sales Manager Ms Firouza was the best and so helpful and hospitable

Location is between stuck-in-traffic-jam downtown and the airport, which you can reach very fast and easy. Personnel is very friendly and kind!

In the room 610, I was awaken in the middle of the night by periodical “knocking” made by the window glass or something around it. It was windy outside, but it shouldn’t be a cause of awakening the guests. Even earplugs didn’t help to mute it. In the non-smoking room one of the towels smelled like it was from a smoking room. They mustn’t be mixed up. I believe, the hotel team will fix it.
