A good fairly comfortable apartment

Lovely location. Good standard of fitments. Good level of equipment.

A mechanism on the entrance door to close quieter. Easier access to the safe.

I loved everything about the apartment brilliant location everything on your doorstep and the courtyard is an added bonus

no English Channels on tv but wasn’t a big issue

Good location had everything you needed in the apartment and a good location with cafes and restaurants nearby, the beach was only a few minutes walk away

Perfectly situated for beach/shops/bars

Lovely bright, clean apartment. Perfectly situated near shops and bars, double glazed at front so no noise at night. Short walk to the beach. Host was very helpful advising about parking and answering questions. Arrived early and dropped luggage off, acquired keys and rwturned once cleaning finished. Highly recommend.

Good location and great value for money

Apartment was clean and it had everything what I needed. What surprised me was that apt was really warm without heating. Of course on wintertime we needed warm slippers but overall room temperature was really pleasant without heating. Patio is spacious, lots of chairs and shade if needed. Bed was good and enough pillows and bedlinen. Good cleaning equipement are included, which I respected when staying with dog for 12 days. Location is perfect, everything near. Also it was easy to find free parking on January nearby. Train station is few hundred meters from apartment and bus stop just outside. I would say that when comparing to other apartments I have rented in this area, Spirit is the best! Greta is super nice and we will come back again with my chihuahua. Thank you! <3

Home from Home

it felt like a home and the location is amazing: the road is beautiful and close to the church and square which is beautiful . we all love it here as our home is decorated the similar.

the only thing was the hot water ran out quickly

great location for town nr to the beach train station comfortable apartment although quite noisy

central location is superb for the train station ideally situated few minutes from the beach

it’s central location and proximity to the town come with its down side very noisy (outside from rubbish collections very early hours of the morning ) and one of the bedrooms backs on to a workshop which sounds like they are grinding metal from 8am

Great location in La Costa del Sol

The location is perfect, 1 min by foot from the beach and 3 min from the station. The terrasse is big and gets very sunny.The bathroom and kitchen were very clean with all the necessary appliances. The host was reactive and accomodating. Close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, post office, bus stop to Miramar...). The smart TV is a plus as you can cast from your devices.

The Wifi is very inconsistent. If you only get one of the two flats, it can get busy and loud.

had 17 nice days and would easy book the same apartment again.

everything.shopping youst outside door, 2 min from the beach. free parking 1min from home. it’s a nice area. nice people. safe for families. quiet apartment , we stayed there with small kids and they all sleept all nights. 2 outside areas. one backyard that was nice to spend time outside. one in front to look at the streets. good beds. internet. 2 toilets with showers.a large tv and nice sofa. easy to access when we came, property owner is very helpful and answered all our questions quick. it’s clean. and open kitchen was nice. good value for the price.

Spirit Los Boliches (1 bed apartment)

Near to everything but still quiet when in the apartment. Short walk from the beach.

This is the second time we have used this apartment. Has everything you need in a central location on the main street of Los Boliches. Near to shops, restaurants and bars but still quiet and away from all the noise; a very short walk to the beach. Close to the train station too. Clean and new and well kept. The smaller apartment is ideal for a couple. We love it and would recommend it.
