HORRIBLE HOTEL. First of the MANY ISSUES we had w/this hotel was that while we were checking-in, the receptionist answered her personal phone. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL & i immediately felt UNCOMFORTABLE. We got to our room. While unpacking, I noticed how DIRTY the room was. GREASY HANDPRINTS by the tv, DIRTY BASEBOARDS & FOOD CRUMBS inside the closet. Even tho it immediately disappointed me, I was fine with it. Didn’t complain, & continued unpacking. We found out that theTV WASNT WORKING. We called the receptionist MULTIPLES TIMES. They ended up changing us to another room. We decided to check the tv before unpacking, we weren’t going to make the same mistake twice. And guess what?The GHETTO TV WASNT WORKING EITHER. So here we go again, calling the receptionist about the issue. Once again, we had to move to another room. We end up checking the tv & it works! Only issue is that the TV IS THE SIZE OF A COMPUTER MONITOR. You are better off watching something from ur tablet. Each room they moved us to, kept getting WORSE & WORSE. The first thing we noticed when entering this room was the STRONG SMELL OF DOG ODOR. We are use to the dog smell but this NASTY ODOR WAS INTENSE. FLOORS WERE SO DIRTY, they were BUBBLING UP. There was WATER CUP STAINS on the side tables. The WALL TEXTURE WAS PEELING OFF & the only thing “helping” this problem is a layer of paint. There was so many other issues with this room but my review is already long enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The man at the front desk was very nice, got us checked in quickly, was a great experience overall.

the beds are too low to floor, mattress was soft and lumpy. NO hair dryer, entrence to hotel is located right next to fast food exit and had trouble getting in to parking lot.

My room was very dirty when I got in it there was pee all over the toilet and the floors were disgusting. I will not stay there again.

The front desk folks were great, other than the "manager". Housekeeping ladies were also great.

The Hotel was run professionally, however the “ Ingress and Egress makes me wonder who hired the city planner! After we entered the roon we heard noises all through the night, and at 2:00 am I could not resist checking on my car…I was worried about he Catalytic Converter! Too amy dodgy people there!

Everything is great with this hotel and my mom loves to stay there, however, I also seem like need to follow up with the team to return a deposit of $100 every time she goes there.

Hair from last guest on shower wall. Rooms smaller than they appear. Outdoor pool isn’t heated. One entrance in and out of the hotel parking lot and it’s through a very busy fast food drive through

It was a nice stay, but i do wish they're wifi worked properly.

You can hear everything through the walls one of the beds were super hard and uncomfortable the towel were to small the toilet didn't have water only after you flush it,hardly any soap but everything else is good

Overall stay was nice, easy freeway acess, easy access to food literally in n out and chick fil-a next door. The room was clean and up to date. Nice mirror, good water pressure, bed was comfy (king size), great tv selection, deposit for room was surprisingly cheap only 100 flat. Would definitely stay again

Some of the personal seem to have issues with the homeless and poor. My client was released from the hospital without shoes, but he had foot socks on from the hospital. It took a few days to get him shoes. He recycles, and the manager claims he was eating from the garbage, which was untrue, also he was naked on the property, which was also not true. I requested a copy of my bill, along with proof of return for days they had him leave, along with proof of deposit return, they wouldn't supply to me at all. I will attempt to get again.

Hotel manager played loud rap music in the lobby and disrupted my enjoyment of breakfast. When I asked them to consider the customer's experience, he told me to go to my room to have breakfast. He called security to kick me out when I commented on his rude behavior, and later refused to talk to Expedia about issuing refund for used portion of my booking. Truly egotistical low quality service staff.

Reliable hotel, good value usually.

There were food options near by. Not simple to get to due to traffic and parking lots for other businesses. Noisy, sirens throughout the night, front staff, when present, were courteous.

Very nice place

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool! Great bed and nice breakfast. Staff very friendly!

Really comfortable, clean, and cute. Breakfast was good. Pool hours were normal hours but too short for me. Front desk could get bogged down with only 1 person but they made it work.

Room was comfortable, the floor was rather dirty but the location was in close proximity to the reason for my stay. Some of the staff were very friendly but others not so much. The lady responsible for the continental breakfast did a great job keeping everything stocked and was very personable.

Very nice place to stay

The hotel is nice. It has some minor repairs and normal upkeep as usual. But overall everything was great. The hot tub worked well but could be a little cleaner. Gates to pool don’t work with room keys. Room was nice and clean. Service and staff was very good.

Transients asking for money in parking lot, remote for TV did not work, bed comforter had stains, food or something else. lady at front desk during check in was very nice, will not stay there again.
