Hotel is very old and dated. The room was dirty. There were pieces of hair throughout the bathroom. Ants were in the bathroom and carpet. We ended up cancelling the entire stay after the first night.

Woke up to a sauna. The air conditioning stopped working while we were sleeping. Called the front desk but no one came to fix the issue until we were about to check out. The bathtub was stopped up. Water wouldn’t drain

It was pretty clean in the room but I didn't like the corridor smell for some reason. Overall not bad for the price and think they should get rid of the carpets.

Not a cup of water is offered. To make even a cup of tea you need to buy water though per night rate is not that cheap No assistance for luggage movement Sitting sofa cover was sticky in bar area. Smell inside lift was not good Good that two queen bed room was available for a family of four. Room was clean from inside. On request 4th towel was provided and not functional telephone was replaced

Hotel did not honor the request for connecting or even adjoining rooms. Got scolded by staff that we did not inform them of the request by phone and such request was not even made/received. However, when they double checked the reservation details, they located the request - so ended up with a sour, unsubstantiated scolding and rooms on separate floors…

The hotel smells like cigarettes, the room was small and the bathroom smelled like cat urine. Every single towel, washcloth and face towel was filthy. We called several times for replacements and those were filthy as well. We ended up going to target to purchase towels and washclothes. The phone didn't work properly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not a great experience. Shower head just didn’t seem to work, water pressure was low, bed pillows were terrible. Our rooms window was somehow open because the locking mechanism was removed. Staff were pleasant and the lobby area is pretty decent.

Our stay was fine and we liked the hotel as well as our room. We did not like that the restaurant/bar was hardly open during our stay as well as the ice machines not working. We had to order through Uber because the restaurant was closed at lunch. Those need to be addressed.

Usually have a good stay but this time was horrible.. bed was disgusting.. stains ALL over the bed. There was no ice anywhere in the building- the ice machines were broken and when we went to the bar to ask for some bartender was extremely rude. Front desk was also no help and rude. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had.

First of all, the Hotels.com price was higher than if I booked directly, so no more Hotels. The young ladies at the desk were pleasant. However, when I mentioned that the entire hallway stunk of cigarette smoke, I got a shrug. $270 per night for a single room was inappropriate. There were noises outside my room after midnight. Never again!!!!!

This was probably the friendliest and most helpful staff I've had at any hotel, I've stayed at and I travel a lot. The ice machines were out of ice, and the soda machines were all sold out, LOL. It's not the nicest looking hotel in the world from the outside, but the inside was nice and the staff was what really made it worthwhile. Laundry room was convenient, they had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Denied an early chk in when room was available. Had to wait for 6 hrs before room was allocated. Thanks to Mr Bharat's gesture who atleast offered me breakfast. Other front office employees didn't even care and denied any help even after saying that I'm coming after a 7 hrs overnight flight. This is a very small thing which enhances the traveller's experience about the place
