I checked in before going to work, I got back to hotel room and was so tired 2 am i use a cpap machine. When i went to plug in there was no plug but one on other side of bed. I ran wire across bed to find out was not working. I tried to trace wire but went behind bed. I was finally able to run cord from under desk across room. In morning I took a shower and water would not go down drain. When i checked out i waited at front desk. To tell the girl. I said this is the first La Quintana i have had a problem. She told me then maybe i should not come back. I asked for her name said she did not have to give it to me that i had an attitude. I was only pointing out so maybe they would fix problem. I would not recommend this hotel for her attitude alone.

Probably the worst La Quinta I’d ever stayed in. The first night I saw roaches and had to buy Raid to spray. The next morning I’ve come to see the room was infested with bugs, especially in the bathroom. The toilet also would not stop running and there were cracks that allowed any elements from outside to come into the room. My worst experience.

Upon check in the staff offered little help even for a disabled person. Several times I called the front desk to request towels, rags tissue paper etc and it took hours to receive. And only because I kept asking really demanding it. I stayed for 4 nights not once did housekeeping clean my room, they took out the trash and nothing else. No restocking the bathroom and toiletries etc, no wiping down the toilet or sinks or shower. When I asked the housekeeper she got an attitude and started speaking in another language and called some guy over who continued speaking in another language and finally responded no they won’t change the sheets or clean the room until I check out! Nasty! Awful treatment, not recommended to stay I know I won’t ever book here again! Ever!! Not even if it was FREE!

Scam. Booked for 6 people. Only 2 beds no pullout. Moldy . No ac. Dirty. Horrible breakfast. Spoke with manger rude just wanted your money. DO NOT STAY. HORRIBLE.

It was a nice hotel but for the service, that was a bit of a disappointment.
Breakfast:
Could not bring our breakfast in our rooms or bring my daughters breakfast since she was asleep. I personally had to go down and eat my breakfast in the dining room, even when I was not feeling well.
Hours for breakfast: 6:00 to 9:00 and all 3 days it was closed before 9:00. Yes they were polite and asked if we were finished but still....

So the property itself and location was pretty good. Clean. Price not bad. What I had a problem with is the overall feeling of the property penny pinching. Breakfast "buffet" was what other locations would call a basic continental breakfast. They give out tickets to limit access breakfast to one visit per day per person and had someone policing this. You were also not permitted to take it up to your room and we were threatened with a $25 charge to take it to the room. They claimed it was due to bugs but there was no charge if we brought outside food up. It was weird. I've stayed dozens of places and have never experienced that. Night front desk was efficient but slightly rude. I mean, it wasnt a bad place to stay but the feeling of being policed and monitored gave off bad stingy vibes.

Well, you get what you pay for, and at this location, expect just that. We moved rooms three times because the air conditioning didn't work. The third room worked a little better but was still warm, so if you can't sleep hot, look elsewhere. Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m., so forget breakfast if you're not up and ready by 8:45. The staff tried hard to meet our needs, but the facility needs too much work, and it's not the employees' fault. For us, never again.

HORRIBLE Experience - Unclean, Infested, and Horrible Customer Service
Our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Deerfield Beach I-95 was an absolute NIGHTMARE.
The room was filthy, with visible dirt and grime everywhere, especially under the beds. To make matters worse, we found a COCKROACH and some ants crawling on the bathroom floor. The humidity in the room was unbearable, making the air feel heavy and musty.
When we informed the front desk about the cockroach, they said we absolutely have to leave so they can clean the room and we can’t come back for the rest of our stay and that they will REFUND US for the night we didn’t stay. So we checked out and left but when we checked with Expedia, they called the hotel and refused to refund us for the nights we DID NOT STAY. They lied to us. Not only did they not refund back for the nights we weren’t at the hotel, but the manager also showed up, yelling at us, and threatening to call the sherif.
The rude and unprofessional behaviour of both the manager and the customer service team was appalling. They clearly have no respect for their guests. TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value cleanliness and decent customer service.

At the check in, the lady in at the desk, Talya, refused to give me a copy of the documents that I have just signed, she said that this is the hotel policy, she obviously lied, because when I asked for copy the guy that replace her hand it over with no problem (also legally I need to have a copy of what I signed), she is not fit to work with people, she was rude and

They gave me the Handicapable room which I did not want. That room should be reserved for the elderly or physically disabled which I am not! I had reservations days in advance and called frequently to make sure the room was ready and this is what I got.
