Room smelled like mold, maybe mold mixed with smoke someone tried to cover up , AC was super loud and the bed was uncomfortable. Facilites were dated, the burners looked like they were from the 80’s. I was only there for 8 hours to sleep so it was fine. Sheets were clean. For $150 it would have been fine minus the smell.

I thought the place is going to be nicer but it was like just a chunky hotel with disgusting bathtubs and showers and towels the bed was just ridiculous it was like springs were popping out I never stay there again I already told many people bad things about it I would like to have my money back or a chance in another hotel that would give me a normal experience let me know or else I'm going to do so many derogatory things 2013601049

The room we stayed in was very convenient on the first floor and was clean and spacious. We were evacuating from Hurricane Milton, so we had our cat. He did fine with the room. There was a fridge and a stove but no silverware or pots and pans…so be creative and go to cracker barrel and get some plastic utensils and plates. The staff was friendly and let me know the rules of how to get fresh linens. However, we NEVER got breakfast. And I asked when we checked in if there would be enough breakfast for us… they assured me they would. If you say breakfast is from 6-9, The people at 8:30am should still be able to get breakfast. But that just wasn’t the case. So if you’re staying here, don’t expect breakfast, expect coffee….unless you are up at six. And even when I was up earlier there was no breakfast that day. They also wouldn’t waive the pet fee even though the state of Florida said hotels should. There are roosters, but they are late risers and don’t wake you up until 8:30 or 9. Overall, I’d stay here again based on location(close to beaches, publix, cracker barrel)and price. But just be aware of the details and oddities so you aren’t disappointed. Also there is no coffee maker in the room. And you have a 100.00 refundable deposit. Hoping corporate sends me a pet fee refund soon….

It was ok but apparently there are some roosters on the property that sometimes was killing and I told the staff and they said they smelled the smell and it had to be one of the guests that hates the roosters crowing at the crack of dawn.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. The room was very dirty and smelled . The bathroom was just nasty. I stayed at an Extended Stay in Miami and the rooms was top notched and service was excellent. Its said the Lauderdale location let me down.

It's a very quiet place all the people that come are friendly, the staff is super friendly and very helpful I enjoy my stay like always every time at the Deerfield location the rooms are clean up today they have a washer and dryer on site which is convenient

The hotel rejected my extension for two additional. On top of that they stole my Bible and my study book. The bathroombwas rusted and the vinyl tile was coming out. The AC didn't keep me cool. There are suspicious people walking all around throughout the day and parked in the parking lot. Every morning when I left for a meeting at 6 o'clock a guy would walk in the hotel get breakfast and walk out. Why did I think he did not belong because he was wearing the same outfit every day. The staff were inconsiderate and would not cooperate with me in explaining how I purchased additional days. Would not recommend, oh, and there are chickens that walk around the entire building.
