My stay was not good, Sunday I went early to eat breakfast and was out the whole day. When I returned my door was ajar from house keeping have kept it unlocked. Was missing my backpack and brand new apple tablet. When down stairs to report the incident. The staff member made a not and said I would have to wait till the next day for help. The following day mad a report with the staff. It still hasn't been taken care of I feel like I was let down by the Hotel.

Had one night's stay here after spending a few days in Waco for Silobration. The staff were very friendly and let us check in a little bit early. Which was appreciated given how hot it was outside. Hate we had to pay for parking, but with the car tag we were able to go in & out easily. The pool area looked nice too.

We had a quick little one night getaway to this hotel. The hotel appears to have been renovated within the last 10 years maybe. The outside needs repair and they were working on the roof while we were there. The front check in person was somewhat rude and dismissive but the food was good however overpriced. The pillows are EXTREMELY soft which caused neck pain and my husband and I could not sleep well because of it.

Room was nice with plenty of space. However, the bathtub made a loud noise. It was really noisy. It was the stopper. Needs to be replaced!

I recently had a stay next to a room where my neighbors were up all night yelling and blasting their tv way past 1AM and the staff were powerless to get them to stop. After pleading to switch rooms, they put me in a lower rate room without a refund for the difference. To make things worse the new room had a broken AC control panel so I was in 80 degree heat until it was fixed at around 3:30AM. For both rooms you can hear the loud cars outside revving their engines so even if you luck out with good neighbors and working AC, you’ll be kept awake. The only redeeming quality is that the night staff did their best to make the situation better, but due to hotel policy and lackluster maintenance this is a place to avoid at all costs if you value sleep.

Overall, OK stay. The room areas could use better lighting for safety. Anyone can access the elevators. The hotel can use some more renovations and updates

Very friendly staff! Nice rooms!

hotel was very nice and clean.
Fee to park should be rolled into the rate instead of an after thought. I didn't know about the parking fee until a friend mentioned getting towed. That could have been an expensive problem had I been towed.

Clean comfortable. The check in front desk rep was super polite. She was patient and had a welcoming personality.

Staff not very friendly. There was no water for making coffee in the room. Would expect atleast a bottle of water in the room

Initially, photos looked great for this hotel so I promptly booked. Parking is good and lobby is beautiful. I was disappointed when the front desk told me they haven’t seen the luggage carts all day so I had to lug everything by hand to my room. The room was underwhelming. Stains on the couch, broken fridge,
No microwave and bathroom was dated. Found questionable stains under all the sheets of the mattress. The bed was very comfortable. Missing ice machine on the 9th floor. I had to extend my stay one day and had to go back and forth 4 times to the front desk to see if they could accomadate me . They were able too but at an inflated walk up rate. Great area, nice access but overall was hoping for more from this prestigious named hotel. I stay at hiltons a lot and there always much nicer.

Room was dirty, customer service was horrible. The manager was very rude and overwhelmed with work. The bathroom sink was clogged.
Changed room to a worse room and came right back to the room with the clogged sink.

The guy at the front checked me into someone’s else reservation with my last name. He had me pay for my room again, only to realize he messed up after I constantly went up to the desk and spoke with someone else. I had to wait for a refund and my $300 was tied up bc of one fixable mistake on their end

Did not like the fact that there was no air in our room upon check in. After waiting for someone to come check and having asthma due to extreme heat had to go back to check in to get another room. Which was not what I paid for and all they did was comp 2 breakfast . Will not recommend staying here.

Did not appreciate $15 night parking charge that we were unaware of until we checked in at the hotel. Expedia needs to be more transparent about these fees!

Have been at this location many times - on this occasion however, I asked for shower gel to be refilled multiple time but no one came by to help me. Other than that, it was fine.

The hotel was booked as a wheelchair accessible room, it was not the staff there were not helpful on the next morning I informed them this was not a accessible room, they said they would transfer me they didn’t kept me waiting for hours before telling me no so I checked out early after falling in bathroom. This was the worst room I’ve gotten since I was in wheelchair, zero stats they refused to refund me one night

Great property, room was very clean and staff very attentive, even though there was a large event going on, they made sure we were assigned a floor without the excess noise!

Paid parking when you stay there is kinda silly, I asked for more towels and they never brought them up as they said they would. There was also no microwave in the room and no freezer in the mini fridge. Ac never cooled down.

I’m a local who checked in for 2 days after staying at a crappier motel after the storm on 5/28. We had serious tree damage, including a neighbor’s tree that took out the lines in the alley behind me so it was not a quick fix and I was stressed as a single mom of a high-needs special needs kid who was completely discombobulated by everything. The check-in process was smooth with a lovely and helpful young gentleman whose name I forget (he had an eyepatch), followed by another super helpful gentleman the following day who, when I had a question about additional charges I wasn’t aware of ($50/nt deposit x2), patiently helped (without judgement!!) split charges btwn cards because rent and bills were due and these were unexpected expenses. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice toiletries and towels, nice lobby and seating areas, plenty of parking, so quiet I didn’t even hear yet another raging storm my first night there, etc. My only complaints are a) the thermostat in the room was wonky and didn’t seem to register desired temp and didn’t cool properly at night which was annoying but not a huge deal and b) whoever decided to put the curtain openings at the head of the bed instead of the foot of it needs some sense knocked into them and c) the woman who worked the front desk the Saturday I checked out wasn’t the friendliest or most helpful. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again as, overall, it was a pleasant stay and a much needed respite.
